Head Coach/CEO of Carmel Swim Club and Head Coach at Carmel High School Since becoming Head Coach, the team has gone from 0 elite level athletes to 17 athletes to the 2012 Olympic Trials in Omaha, Nebraska as well as 9 athletes in 2016. In the past three years, Carmel won the 2016 Junior National Championship, the Carmel girls team won the 2014 Speedo Junior National Team title, multiple swimmers have won 18 & under National Championships, numerous relays have broken National Age Group Records, and individuals have set American and Junior World Records. Served as the Head Coach for Team USA staff at the 2016 Junior Pan Pacific Championships, and served on staff for the 2014 Junior Pan Pacific Championships and the 2014 FINA World Championships 2011 class of honorees in the Indiana Swimming and Diving Hall of Fame
