Let's Give Them Pumpkin To Talk About

OCTOBER SIGNALS THE celebration of harvest season and all things orange, yellow, and red. If you were one of the brave souls to plant pumpkin seeds in late June or early July and summer rains didn’t wash them away, you should have a lovely yield. If not, visit some of the sites below–we won’t judge!
Knights of Columbus Council 12906 12th Annual Pumpkin Patch. Pick your own from 1,500 pumpkins of various shapes, colors and sizes, ranging from baseball size up to 40 pounds. Fun for all ages with a photo op area on site. Open daily October 11–October 31 from 9 a.m. until dusk. Face painting available on weekends. Wagons and loading help available upon request. “Harvest Some Happiness” at Corn Maze Saturdays. Enjoy family oriented activities such as pumpkin picking, hay rides, sunflower fields and more. Food vendors available in the picnic areas.
