HOUSING Fit float house The concept of a home using a modular system which aims to promote energy efficiency, cost and time. Modular system application using a module approach of forming a box of 4 meters x 3 meters x 4 meters this is considered quite comfortable because the basic level of human comfort will be a room.
6
B U I L D I N G id e a Subsequently the module is processed into several other forms of crosswise boxes that form a smaller triangular prism of the box. this creates a building application approach that is FIT STRUCTURE (lego design approach) which generates all modules have a “clean connection meaning not left
B U I L D I N G s e ction the connection in the building leaves an empty space which facilitates circulation which can provide passive cooling in the building

HOUSING Kagan residence the concept of townhouses with maximizes building space in minimum land space. With attention to natural light and fresh air movement especially at the back of the house by exploiting the existing void space, so as to achieve cost optimization with a luxurious form of building.

T R A I N S TAT I O N Gubeng train station revitalization The concept of revitalizing the gubeng surabaya railway station with focus on speed of passenger services both board, descent, and transit towards the platform of the two train station and also the LRT platform. Revitalization efforts also produce continuity between new buildings with old buildings that have existed since 1870. Whereas in new building facade style in the form of repetition of several designs that resemble the old building and also give linked circulation so that two buildings can work as single unit.

Then generated building with L circulation with many openings and space generally divided into 2 zones (outdoor & indoor). The use of minimalistic materials (exposed brick and plaster) gives a natural impression, whereas the outdoor area is applied with vertical vegetation using vines that provide shade and also help reduce the air condition with minimun treatment.

URBAN PLANNING Innovative planning in urban corridor The vertical area in urban space has an large amount of area compared to the horizontal area, but in actual conditions it does not get much attention coupled with the rapid building development and the reduced area for green space. This efforts are made to develop the green space in the vertical area, the aims is delivering innovative solutions that support the development of the city and also providing convenience to users.
20
21
22
This effort changed some of the passive spaces in some areas of the urban corridor so it can improved the air conditions, shaped the atmosphere, continuity of urban space, and also psychologically calmed the pedestrians.
23
Vertical gardens can unify corridor open spaces and produces beautiful, clear, and continuous visuals thanks to wide variety of application patterns making it fun to cross by.

MIXED-USE BUILDING The Intercity Node-ing the neighborhood inside to create integration between neighborhood & The Intercity. The tower arrangement refers to the visibility of the dwelling and the creation of a healthy living environment by inserting sunlight into the dwelling but not directly exposed.
26
27
The concept of connecting between neighborhoods is done to create site integration with the environment with concept of outside and inside circulation so the Intercity becomes an urban catalyst around the site with the presence of outdoor atrium creating an openness and sustainable community. Green outside Green side creating behaviour to make sustainable building & sustainable community. The semi-open ground floor layout creates an atmosphere of “city park inside the building complex The tenant arrangement within the podium also adopted the concept of city arrangement to support the integration of the Intercity with the environment.

The concept of tower placement maximizes the feasible area to be built with respect to D / H (distance & height) as well as visibility of the dwelling and the creation of a healthy living environment by inserting sunlight into the dwelling but not directly exposed.

INTERIOR Split Temporary Room The challenge is how to create a room with minimal space with a taste that is not much different from the larger room scale also with an inexpensive cost. The purpose of the theme is the flexibility of furniture to still be able to provide space / space and also can also restore the space / space taken it The furniture that takes up the biggest space is the bed and the closet. The multi-function alternative is two furniture into one. and can also be shifted with the help of railling that is planted on floor elements. thus providing new space for use.

Conversely, by using a saturated color to highlight the room’s side walls it can reduce the width and increase the depth. I nt e rior p e rsp e cti v e
