Supatape

Originally developed in the USA for the military, Next Generation SUPATAPE is a self bonding wrap made from a special highquality silicone rubber compound which adheres to itself when wrapped under tension. SUPATAPE forms a non-conductive, air and water tight insulating seal.

SUPATAPE: Resists Fuels, Oils, Acids, Solvents, Salt Water, Road Salt and UV Rays.

• Self-Fusing Insulator • Permanent Air-Tight Moisture Proof Seal • Temp Range -50c to +260c • Insulates 8000 Volts (per unstretched layer) • Tensile Strength of 700 psi

Note: The SUPATAPE bond begins to cure immediately upon contact with itself. Repositioning or removal is not recommended after 2 minutes of wrapping. SUPATAPE will form a permanent, cohesive bind within 24 hours at room temperature. Store in a cool dry place.

Directions for using SUPATAPE:

Clean surface being wrapped - Cut tape to desired length Peel back a short length of the protective film, keep tape clean & dry Begin with one complete overlap of the tape onto itself Stretch while continuing to wrap object with “half laps” remove clear protective film as you go End of tape at final layer should be completely positioned onto itself
