Kuala Selangor Fishermen’s Community Centre
Individual
Work 3,500m2 Semester 8
Pasir Penambang is a well known place that Malaysian and tourist will always come by to visit. There is so much thing that place can offer such as as seafood heaven place and river tourist activity. However with all of this offering, there are to many things happening. Theres nothing to be focus on, nothing to be call “THE IDENTITY OF PASIR PENAMBANG”. Hence the issue of the site is no sense of identity. Therefore, with this Kuala Selangor’s Fishermen Community Centre will create an opportunity for the community to call their home a special one.
When walking around the fishermen village, there is a certain pattern of structure that we will see but always overlooked. The vertical anchor pole that line up along the fishermen’s jetty. The vertical pattern of the anchor pole is very significant to the fishermen community as it give an image of their village and also give a great function to there living. After along day of working on the sea, all the fishermen will come back to their anchor pole and park their boat. This also symbolize the community centre as it will act as same as theAnchor Pole, the place for fishermen come back to their home.

RUMPUNTEMU Future Proof Housing
Individual Work 12,000m2 Semester 07 (IBS Construction)
The project is to aim designing a housing scheme that can build an independent community rich in resources and sustainable living that can stand the test of time.
Theres no doubt in the future, Malaysia population rate will increase rapidly and at some point Malaysia will be one of many country that have over population people. Therefore, Food production needs to increase by 70 percent by 2050 to keep up with the demand of our growing population. Due to the over population, competition of resources will be very tight and Food crisis will be a big issue for us to handle.
RumpunTemu aimed to enhance the sense of community within through knowledge, crop sharing and health lifestyle. Each resident will contribute their specialty into the comminuty farm thus building a strong and health organism like community. Crop produced from the urban farming can be later used according to the needs of specific time. Rapid PopulationFood Crisis

THE MOUNT
Asian E-Sport Centre
6,080m2 Design Competition (E-Sport)
The Mount E-Sport Center intends to embody the site context and promotes esports to the public. The main approach of the entire design is to embrace the inner and outer spaces in order to provide friendly access to the facilities, hence promoting the esports to the bigger mass. The proposal will synergize both green elements and mainstream technology into the design.
The Mount E-Sport Center will enhance the efforts towards the goal to promote the e-sports as part of the main line sport facilities. The building shape (The Mount) is designed to create a new form of sports typology in which complimenting the existing site context. It continue to be a green-lung to the area and becoming another public space.
Plus, the intangible sides of The Mount is also reflecting the natural behaviour in the gaming world in order to obtain success, the player must level up in their own battleground.

This material is ideal for vertical timber cladding as it is aesthetics for the facade and tough for the weather.
Due to our hot tropical weather, this material is the best for our main hall facade to give a cooler building.

Food self-sufficiency is a critical goal in imagining a new type of settlement and city that is resilient to pandemics and other disruptions to the global supply system. The recent covid19 outbreak revealed vulnerabilities in our current reliance on the global supply chain to meet our food demands. Furthermore, because of our relatively remote interaction with essential sources of food production, we are profoundly detached from food production and its related processes, participating in just a small part of the complete food production cycle; consumption.
Agrarian in terms rubic is formed from the combination of two nouns. Agrarian civilization is one in which the economy is based on cultivating and conserving food and farms. Rubic is the process of joining cubes to produce a three-dimensional shape. This idea aims to increase and compress food production and related activities such as harvesting, processing, distribution, and waste management. This will create fresh and deep bonds between each community in one region. To achieve this, the Agrarian Rubic community is organized into groups, each with its own zone-specific duties. An intensive productive and living district, with interconnected food, community spaces, energy generation spaces, and micro-farms, create an environment that allow for a paradigm shift in our concept of daily living.

The elevated road and farm create more spaces underneath it for the residence to do their daily work and transportation. The Skypark gives an amazing vibe for the community to escape from the stressful and busy world.
Agrarian Rubic is a self-sustain city that can create its own energy sources. The element of water from the lake is used for the farm and sustains the temperature in the city. As the site are windy and sunny place, windmill and solar panel are a place to create electricity.
The nodes are located in the planning of the city to give unity vibes for the community. Each node will have their own purposes that will contribute back the community.
The community is arranged in groups that have their own duty which is Energy Residence, Farm Vegetation Residence and Animal Farm Residence. Each will give back to each other to create a self-sustain living.
The accessibility of the city gives good access for people to come into the city and also out from the city. This linkage also uses to distribute their sources to the center to use back for all of them.

Semester 05 (Urban Intervention)
Spotify is the world largest music streaming application. In this project, our main target is to let the user divert from the restless urban environment and immerse themselves into a good vibe. With Spotify, your journey along the street will be pleasant. We include some physical activities for you to enjoy.
We aid in terms of fostering the corner into better public space. You could tell, when the vehicle starts to slow down, it is whether for the pedestrian safety or to look up at the fascinating installation at the interchange spot. We did not design the right wing and left wing for crowds. It is for balance. The spatial quality we create is to achieve inside-outside space to reflect the Spotify that has a friendly user interface

AVisitor Center should be function as a gathering space between the local people and visitors. Efficient narrative design expression should be implement that considered the connection between the building program, spaces and site surrounding. It is a challenge for students to integrate these three items to express the quality of a Visitor Center that belongs to the site surrounding.
Sentiments of racism occur in Sekinchan Village when all races in Seekinchan fight each other to occupied a limited sources of paddy field. Therefore the sense of togetherness and unity are fading in this area.
Design a visitor center that bring and unite the people of Sekinchan along with the visitor by using the culture and tradition of paddy field. The element of the paddy field also need to appreciate through the design. “SHARING” is a simple but efficient method that can bring people together.

GEHEIMNIS Its’s All Start With A Mystery
Individual Work10m2 Semester 02 (Pavilion)
The name of the pavillion is “geheimnis” which mean mysterious. The emotion that i have chosen for this project is mysterious because, from project 1b, the howling of wolf is being heard as a very creepy and mysterious sound. The meaning of mysterious, based on location, is having an atmosphere of strangeness or secrecy.
The form of this design is inspired by the behaviour of a wolf pack travelling. The strongest wolf will take care the weak wolf. The concept of strong one protects the weak one is being applied. The arrangement of form is based on twisting principle and more twisting form is added on to show the principle of overlapping. The form and space, site colours, texture, lighting and activities chosen are based on mysterious emotion.

WORKING DRAWING
In my studies, there were several subjects that enhance the students’ software skills and technical skills. The students need to design a simple banglo house and through that design, the students will be tested on their working drawing skill and digital illustration skill. I have used several software on this work such as Sketchup, Autocad, Revit, Rhinoceros, Photoshop, Illustrator and Lumion.

Rumah Negeri Sembilan has its own uniqueness. This noble house has six uniquely shaped pillars that is called Tiang Gantung Tak Jejak Bumi that supports the roof of the house and are connected to two sail-like gable ends named Tebar Layar Bertingkat Tiga (Three layered Gable) and Tebar Layar Mentari Terbit Pagi (Morning Sunrise Gable) that sits on the frontage of the house as the main entrance. And supposedly this Tebar Layar Mentari Terbit Pagi is placed at the outer side of the house facing the direction of sunset (kiblat). Nevertheless, due to restriction on site, this affirmation was made to be undone. The other uniqueness is the place for washing and shrouding departed family members as it is customary in Negeri Sembilan in the olden days for this to be performed at home were done in rumah ibu as there was lantai selang which is a 2inch gap between two floor boards for water to pass through easily. This dwelling truthfully designed for the owner’s way of living.

Academic Studio Publications
As part of our design studio initiative, each project that has been done throughout design courses of the semester is collected and archived into a publication. I have been actively involved majorly in the final years’ publication as one of the design team and editors. Many experiences and new skills were gained through the involvement, majorly in graphic design, communication, and teamwork. I believe that documentation and graphic design skills is a vital expertise in my architectural journey.

Thus, mark the ending of my Portfolio showing my design works throughout 4 years in Architecture School. Studying Architecture has taught me to be a very tough person and must always be smart in making decisions. Be bold. This is a simple sentence that I’m sure you to hold on to in architecture. Don’t be afraid to go crazy and don’t be scared to go simple. Both are fine. The important part is to make sure people see your design statement. It has been really a roller-coaster ride through this journey and there is still a lot more to go.
I hope that these few small steps could open the doors to more opportunities for me to step further into the field and one day become a brilliant Architect, InShaAllah.
