Much of Sydney Harbour’s ferries and boat operators (lunch cruises, whale watching and jet boats) operate from Circular Quay. You can reach Balmain, Manly and Watsons Bay (amongst other suburbs) by ferry. Trains There are numerous trainlines into the City and the main railway stations are Central, Town Hall and Wynyard. Use the railway map opposite to see which line you need. NSW TrainLink runs regular services to Newcastle, Woollongong and Katoomba (Blue Mountains), these are also on the Sydney network and are priced accordingly.

The Free Sydney CBD Shuttle service operates from Central Station to Circular Quay via George Street in both directions. This service runs every 10 minutes, weekdays: 9.30am to 3.30pm, with a late finish of 9pm on Thursday evenings. Weekends: 9.30am to 6.00pm.
