After a massive year, the representative seasons have finally come to an end A massive congratulations to all of our junior Eagles for fabulous seasons and representing the Eagles with such passion and determination.
A special congratulations to the following teams for making the MJL Finals:
12 Boys 1
14 Boys 1
14 Boys 3 (White)
14 Boys 4 (Maroon)
14 Girls 2
16 Boys 2
18 Girls 2
A HUGE congratulations to the 14 Boys 1, 14 Boys Maroon, 16 Boys 2 and 18 Girls 2 for making and winning their grand finals and becoming CHAMPIONS!!
After an extremely successful MJL regualr season and finals, some of our teams qualified for the State Cup, a big congratulations to the following teams:
12 Boys 1
14 Boys 1
18 Girls 2
After an extremely successful weekend away for all teams, the 12 Boys just missed making the finals, the 18 Girls had a great weekend and did the Eagles proud and the 14 Boys were narrowly defeated in the Grand Final. Well done to all of our teams!
The culmination of the JPL Season was the State Championships, with the top teams from each division facing off for a chance to be State Champs A huge congratulations to all 5 of our JPL teams making the Finals weekend
After the round games, 3 of our teams had qualified for the semi finals:
14 Girls
18 Girls
18 Boys
Unfortunately, all of our teams were closely beaten in the semi finals, however a massive congratulations to all of our teams for such an amazing season!
A massive congratulations to all of our senior league teams for an incredible season
Our NBL1 sides both finished 3rd after the regular season and qualified for the finals. After spectacular seasons from both of our teams, our men’s side unfortunately bowed out in the quarter finals and our women’s side came up just short in the semi finals.
Congratulations to both of our NBL1 sides for another amazing season!
After extremely successful seasons for all of our senior league teams, the following players were recipients of some prestigious awards:

Our NBL1 teams would like that thank the Manly family for all of their support this year, it was awesome to see everyone at games cheering on the Eagles!
Our Youth League teams have also wrapped up their season and have had another great year. Unfortunately our Youth Men 1 missed out on the finals after a tough season
The Youth Men 2 team had a great year and after making the finals had a close loss in the quarter finals but a great season overall!
A huge congratulations to the Youth Women who after a massive season won their way into the grand final! Unfortunately they suffered a close loss in the final. Congratulations on a stellar season ladies!
A big congratulations and thank you to all of our referees and technical officials for their tremendous efforts over the past representative season.
On the junior side, we had 19 referees complete over 350 games combined throughout the season, and of those 19 refs, 3 made their debut this year and 3 were selected to the MJL Finals:

Big congratulations to Lachy Francis as he was also selected to referee the 18 Boys 2 Grand Final
Well done to Lachy Francis and Lucas Nicol as they were both selected to referee at the JPL Finals as well and received some great finals appointments:

As well as our junior referees we had some great representation on the senior side. Manly had 5 senior league referees this year and all performed admirably. A big congratulations to Rhys Boreham for being selected to the Youth Men 1 Finals panel

A further congratulations to Andrew Reddy for being selected as a technical official for tthe Finals Weekend Andrew was then appointed to the Youth Men 2 Final as the scorer Congratulations Andrew!
In the past few weeks, our very own Jane Ubrien has been over in Paris representing Australia as key part of the Olympics
During her time in Paris, Jane was a court side announcer for the Olympic basketball.

A massive congratulations to our Under 14 Girls team as they have recently qualified for the Club Championships! After a tonne of hard work the girls have had a tremendous season and have earnt the right to play at the prestigious tournament.
This year the tournament will be held in Casey, Victoria from the 22nd till the 27th of September.
If you would like to help out with the girls trip, they are still selling a few items as part of the fund raising so keep an eye out around NBISC.
A special congratulations to Manly Wheel Eagle superstar Bill Latham who is currently over in Paris representing he Aussie Rollers at the Paralympic Games!
In a huge win versus Spain, Bill had himself a game and went off for 33 points to help the Aussies to a much needed win!
