o Will need to protect wetlands and avoid disturbances o Steep slopes at the northern tip of the site o Tree canopy covering entire site o Unknown status of contamination left behind by U.S. NAVY
Potentials
o Access to Bioluminescent Bay – tourist attraction. o Existing roads – connection to ferry, allows for minimal initial construction vehicle disturbances. o Green energy potentials o Most of site relatively flat – buildable land
