PROJECT ONE
rethinking of rincon park
The design concept “Urban foot print is focusing on enhance the connectivity and bring the history and vitality back to the site. The urban foot print is originally from the traces left on the ground after the tide has fallen. The site is built on the San Francisco historical landfill. The concept is also to bring the nature connection to the residents. The programming from west side to east side including the light installation, children playground, green buffer, terraced seating, biofiltration area which along the bay trail, overlook, central open lawn, sculpture area, amphitheater, performance stage, green paving and restaurant. The rethink of this project is to help the solve the sea level rise issues and suurounding community’s requirements. The design proposed for the park incorporates the existing bay trail, the restaurant on the site and proposed ferry building terminal. The site is unique one which has the best view of bay bridge and treasure island.

Alameda located on the island is the Naval Air Station Alameda, a defunct naval air station, as well as a small uninhabited part of San Francisco. The island was originally a peninsula and a part of Oakland, and is now separated from the mainland by the Oakland Estuary. As with many citie abandoned area. The Alameda is the victim of a dense hardscape of naval air station, parking lot, building and roads. The surface runoff and stormwater deposition has polluted the wetland and reduced the both vegetaland and aquatic diversity and abundance to a point that it’s no longer a desirable aspect of the Alameda. The strategy of the Alameda takes the shapes of dynamic plan by integrating wetlands systems with designated open spaces and protection space area for extinct species. COMMUNITY GARDEN PICNIC AREA

BIM RENDERING
Building information modeling This site is located on the finicial distirct. This architecture designed into the building which surrounded by curtain wall to make sure the enough nature lights for the readers in the interior area. BIM is is a efficient deisgn process and is nothing more than the collection of all building data organized into a structure database easy to query both in a “visual” and a “numerical” way.
