1) Material Safety Data Sheets ICO RALLY lacing tape products are manufactured 'articles', as defined in the Code of Federal Regulations Title 29, Part 1910.1200, paragraph c, to which the hazardous communication provisions of the section are not applicable.
2) Ozone Depleting Chemicals ICO RALLY uses neither Class I nor Class II category Ozone Depleting Chemicals in its products and their packaging nor in its manufacturing processes, and the labeling of its products complies with the Final Labeling Rule for Section 611 of the Clean Air Act Amendments of 1990.
