ECS-W is a PTFE sheet gasket suitable for general service in a wide variety of fluids, strong caustics, acids, chlorine, gases, water, steam, hydrocarbons, hydrogen and aluminum fluoride. TYPICAL PROPERTIES Thermal Characteristics: Maximum Service Temperature: 500°F (260°C) Minimum Service Temperature: -346°F (-210°C) CHEMICAL PROPERTIES Compatible pH Range: 0 to 14 Chemical Incompatibilities: Molten alkali metals, fluorine, and certain fluorine bearing compounds.
