Single & Double Cassette Seals Faster, better, lower cost way to handle high turn-over sealing Some applications and industries naturally turn-over large seal populations on a frequent basis. Costs build up from handling, administration and inventorying of seals.Time consuming rebuild programs and large inventories seem like necessary evils of business; never mind the acquisition costs. The Chesterton Streamline™ Single and Double Cassette Seals change all that, providing a unique set of business benefits.
Re-sealing is as easy as popping a new Cassette into place. A single pin lines it up with the reusable Gland.
Proprietary Cassette design for throw-away economics from a true cartridge seal The key lies in the proprietary cassette-within-acartridge design. The End Plate stays with the pump, only the inner Cassettes with wearing parts, need be acquired and inventoried. Stocking is easier, with smaller, standardized Cassettes. Provides new seal performance at “rebuilt” cost Streamline Cassette Seals are true cartridge seals, hydraulically balanced, non-fretting, with self-centering, single cap screw installation. But since the replaceable Cassettes are priced competitively with rebuilt standard seals, a new disposable system can be implemented. This is the advent of the “throw away” seal. Eliminates the need for seal repair programs Repair programs are labor and management intensive, with the shipping, stocking and movement of inventory. Before used seals are shipped, they may require decontamination. These programs only make sense if there is no cost effective alternative. Now there is, with the Chesterton Streamline Seals. Now you can Streamline the whole business of sealing for lower costs, easier management These seals streamline the process, taking care of the sealing task without a surprisingly large array of costly procedures. They are easier to buy, stock, handle, install and swap out then any other sealing system. They are the ideal new solution for high turn-over applications. Only from Chesterton.
When you see CHESTERTON, you see the future of sealing.
