Thennal Perfonnance: 0.7 째CIW/3 in. C & H Technology's Ki8 Series Extruded Heat Sinks are ideal for cooling International Rectifier's high power diode and thyristor modules. Standard lengths include 120mm, 180mm, and 300mm. These precision-machined heat sinks are available in several finishes - gold iridite (standard), clear chromate, or black anodized. Complete power module assemblies, made to your specification, are also available. These include the heat sink and power modules, along with any of the following - AC muffin fan and shroud, side & bottom baffle plates, and bus bars. C & H Technology can also provide complete hockey puk assemblies. Contact C & H for more details, or assistance with your assembly requirements.
