II. Five supporting systems and advantages A. Fully automatic configuration program. –
–
SVP’s automatic configuration program, named “Auto setup” , shortens configuration time of positioner dramatically. No configuration tools, like handheld communicators or PCs, are required. What you need is only a screw driver.

IV. Three added advantages of Remote type SVP • Extending Valve Travel Detector from SVP main body realizes SVP’s remote installation. • This unique feature brings about following three advantages to customers. A. Improved vibration resistance performance B. Increased maintainability of valves and positioners installed in hazardous environments. C. Economical replacement of combination of I/P transducer and P/P positioner. Feb, 2004

V. Reliability A. Reliable Design
Pneumatic circuits
1. Isolated design between electronics and pneumatic circuits eliminates troubles caused by instrumentation air quality that includes dusts and humidity. 2. Non-contact MR sensor for valve travel detector (VTD) prevents wear and tier of sensor and assures long life of SVP.
