 To use a c ustom VST Plugins folder go to the Options / Preferenc es / Settings of your DAW / host program in order to assign it.  If an installed VST plug-in is not available, c hec k if the installation path is ac tually monitored by your DAW / VST / VST3 host applic ation.

Audio Unit (.component)

1. After download you will find a *.zip file. 2. Unzip (extrac t) the *.zip file by double-c lic king, so it will unc ompress (expand) the item. 3. To install the Audio Unit, drag or move the *.c omponent file into your

‘Library/Audio/Plug-Ins/Com pone nts/’ folder.

Audio Units plug-ins appear as individual c omponents in the Library folders on your Mac :

 In the Finder c hoose Go > Go to Folder, enter "/Library/Audio/Plug-Ins/Compo nents" into the Go to Folder field, then c lic k Go.  You c an also c hec k the Library in your Home folder. In the Finder c hoose Go > Go to

Folder, enter "~/Library/Audio/ Plug-Ins/Com pone nts" into the Go to Folder field, then c lic k Go.

4. If your DAW is running, c lose it and restart it. When your DAW starts up, it will resc an your plugins folder and detec t your rec ently installed plugin.
