1. David Roberts is offering a free 12-pack of glass wine carafes (one per customer/establishment) to place on tables or at the ba once you place your first order for Blazin’CajunBarSnackMix3x1kg (SUPC 7750852) or 1x10kg (SUPC 7750773). By using these glass containers, you can offer your customers a bar snack without waste and with minimal expense if you only fill the carafe ¼ full of product (about 0.20 per serving). The customer can’t touch the product inside and because the customer hasn’t touched the product, there is no reason to toss out any remaining mix. If the customer buys one more drink because of the snack mix, your profit has increased with a minimal investment.
2. You might ask if it’s legal to offer bar snacks, and the answer is YES. Many multi-units like Jack Astor's, The Keg and the Four Season Hotels give out bar snacks at no extra charge.
3. How do I know, as an owner, if I’m increasingmy liquorsales or if I am just giving away free snacks? The answer to this is simple. Write down your sales from Thursday, Friday and Saturday without the mix being on the bar. Then the following week when the Snack Mix is delivered, write down the liquor sales with the Snack Mix out on the bar. If you don’t see an increase in your sales, Sysco will credit you one case of the snack mix. Onecasepercustomer.
4. If your concern is if it will affect your food sales…the answer is NO. As long as the servers are only filling the glass carafe ¼ full, no one is going to get full by eating the snack mix.
5. The sales rep must email us a copy of the customer’s PO showing the purchase of the Sysco Classic Blazin’ Cajin Mix 3x1kg (7750852) or 1x10kg (SUPC 7750773). Once we receive the customer PO, we will then send one case of the glass carfares via UPS directly to the customer business address. We will then contact the sales rep that the case has been shipped out.

Sundried Tomatoes A Little Piece of Italy in Every Bite
David Roberts sundried tomatoes are only semi-dried, keeping some of the natural juices of the tomatoes intact and amplifying the flavor. In fact, it takes 44 kilograms of fresh, ripe tomatoes to produce 1.5 kilogram of semi-dried tomatoes.
But they don’t just taste great; they are convenient to use. David Roberts semi-dried tomatoes can go straight from the pantry to the recipe. There is no need to soak them in advance like other dried varieties.
Just because our tomatoes are dried, it doesn’t mean they are less nutritious than fresh tomatoes. Our semi-dried tomatoes have the same nutritional value as their fresh counterparts. They are high in Lycopene, Antioxidants and Vitamin C, and can be used in a variety of menu options including pizzas, salads, breads, sandwiches, quiches and soups. They also can be served on their own as appetizers.
This low-moisture version is perfect for pizza toppings and will not burn or blacken during cooking like plum tomatoes – regardless of whether you have a wood burning or standard pizza oven.
• Save you time as they come already moist and tender. There is no need to soak them compared to other dry sundried tomatoes.
• Have a consistent flavor each time – even when tomatoes are not in season.
