Trout or Salmon?
There are subtle differences between the two fish from a taste perspective. Trout is generally milder in flavour, while Salmon is often considered to be "sweeter".
Rainbow Trout cooks quickly in a hot pan. Start the Rainbow Trout flesh side down first to get a great golden sear on the fish. Flip the fillet onto the skin side and glaze the fillet with Sysco Imperial Toasted Sesame Dressing. Place the trout in a 375F oven for 2-3 minutes. When removed from the oven the trout will have a beautiful glaze. Garnish with chopped green onion toasted sesame seeds. This Trout is perfect with a salad or rice.
