Remove the pit from the c herries and c ut in half. C ut the puff pas try into rec tangular s hapes, about 5 x1 0 c m. 7 . C ut a piec e of parfait, about 4 x8 c m and gently put it on top of the puff pas try rec tangulars and c over it with another rec tangular of puff pas try. 8 . PREPARATION STEPS: 1 . Rub duc k with c offee, s ugar, pepper and s alt.
