“COURSE INTRODUCTION” ARK 800 ; Design Thesis I Master of Architecture 03 Thesis project is seen as the culmination of the students’ formal architectural education and training through a comprehensive student generated and faculty supervised design project. The design thesis project provides opportunity for students to pursue their own interest and choose their own topic of design project. ARK 850 ; Design Thesis II Master of Architecture 04 Refinement of the design in line with comments and suggestions made in previous semester to further develop the design, incorporating with technical requirements.

“ABSTRACT� This project aims to create a new typology of streetwear multiplex scene by integrating between brands superstores and youth subculture centre to the society in conjuction with wide range of facilities of self-organised sports and social spaces to enhance this enthusiasm and vibrant cultural scenes to a coveted community. In a possible scenario, one to build brand awareness among the public and creative creators in this urban community itself with the initiatives of Masses Studio in collaboration with Ministry of Tourism, Arts and Culture ( MOTAC ), MyCreative and other supporting collaborators.
