Clear analysis of the resin flow during filling so as to: Predict the cooling balance, stress, deformation and contractions of the injection parts. Advise proper location of the cooling system, thickness of the wall, location of the gate. Avoid the design defects and shorten the development cycle.

CASE STUDY: Key client Brooks engaged CHT in a COC multi-hole plate project at the early development stages when we offered some modification suggestions based on our years of experience. A CHT DFM report will consider the following aspects: mold base proper processing method cooling system location for sliders & runners etc.
 CHT has invested in the German-made ROBOLINE system, enabling round-the-clock mold-making. With a reduction in man-hours, production time and errors, the ROBOLINE adds to our everexpanding list of competitive advantages. As an example, when machining a mold to be fixed on a 350 Ton injection molding machine, the efficiency varies as follows:
