Welcome to the Canadian Central Simmental & Angus and Prairie Gateway Speckle Park Bull and Female Sale, March 6, 2023, Neepawa, Manitoba. This event is a unique combination of the three most sought after breeds in the livestock industry and is offered on one complete shopping day. These leading breeders own and operate moderate size breeding units but do not have enough bulls to sustain a stand-alone event but combined offer a diverse and strong group of bulls and females for your evaluation.

The Simmental portion of the sale is made up of Red and Black presented by Wilcox Livestock,Twin Oak Livestock and Twin Meadow. Rugged and full of performance yet having optimal birth weights, these youngsters are sired by breed leading sires which will add value to your calves at weaning and you will want to retain the daughters for your replacement pastures. Twin Meadow adds the Fullblood dimension with polled Fullbloods and rounds out a strong Simmental offering suitable for all types of breeding programs and budgets.

BASKM Land & Cattle, the Ginter Family, present the Angus component… rugged two-year-olds by the most popular and predictable sires that have made the Angus breed great. These two’s will cover lots of cows, bigger cows and will work in any type of terrain.

The Speckle Park breed has been very exciting and rapidly growing worldwide. Wilcox Livestock, Calico Creek and Skye Line Farms have put together quite an offering of two-year-old and yearling prospects. Calving ease bulls that are easy keeping and have out standing carcass values. In addition to the bulls and the semen package, a fancy group of yearling heifers top off this exciting offering.
