We call this bull “Whalebelly”. He is massive in his girth and depth. Stout sons will sell. Real “old time” herefords, close to the ground, big pay weight.
“Impressed with the level of individual customer service! Mac took the time to call and talk to us about our program numerous times.”
- Charcoal Creek Cattle, BC
“The sale was phenomenal, lots of bulls to choose from and efficiently run. If you can’t find a bull at your sale you can’t find a bull anywhere.”

Just a 65 BW. We bought him as a heifer bull. Sires pigment and length. You’ll like his sons.

Summer Two-Year-Old Hereford Bulls

Hereford Summer Bulls
Most Herefords are sold as big fat two year olds. They’ve spent way too long at the feed bunk, 500-550 days of hard feed in most cases. (Incredible when we only feed steers for 100-150 days to slaughter.) If you’re tired of two year olds that are too big and too fat or yearlings that are barely big enough, our summer bulls are the answer. Gently and slowly developed on pasture, easy keeping, they’ll hold their condition for life. Our summer bulls will be 22-26 months old at breeding, just the perfect age. They’re mature and will do everything an older Two-Year-Old can and a darn sight more than a yearling will and best of all they’ll last and last. They’re the answer to the “Hereford Dilemma.”
