Visit www.TISEwest.com and click on 'Sign In' in the upper right hand corner of the website. Enter your 'Last Name' and 'RegID' and click on the purple 'Sign in' button Click on the 'Education' icon You will see all of the sessions that you have registered to attend on the '2015 Sessions' Tab. (Note: you cannot access a handout for a session that you have not registered to attend.) Click on the '2015 Downloads' tab Click on the grey 'Download All Handouts' button (next to the “Download All Certificates” button) A pop up window will then ask you if you want to open or save the files. You can then open and print them or save them to your computer.
Troubleshooting & FAQ's: Q: The session is listed under the '2015 Sessions' Tab, but there is no handout available for download... A: The speaker has not submitted a handout. Check with the speaker during the session to see how you can obtain a copy of the handout. Q: After I click on the “Download All Handouts” button, nothing happens... A: Turn off your pop up blocker and try again. Q: I want to download a handout for a session that is not listed under the “2015 Sessions” Tab... A: You must be registered for a session in order to download the handout. Visit Registration to add additional sessions.
