STRUCTURAL CALCULATIONS
DRAWING DATE:
A hybrid steel/wood structural system is employed. Second floor framing is provided by TJI wood I-joists @ 24" O.C. which bear on both LVL beams and stud bearing walls. LVLs are supported by 3" steel pipe columns. The roof is framed with sloped top chord 2x4 trusses @ 24" O.C. which bear on stud framed walls. Lumber used for headers shall be No. 2 Grade Doug Fir minimum.
