COOKIE CAKE
Serves: 4-6 | Serving size: 1 slice Prep time: 10 mins. | Cook time: 10-12 mins. ½ cup unsalted butter, softened ¼ cup dark brown sugar, packed ¼ cup granulated sugar 1 large egg
1 tsp. vanilla extract ½ tsp. baking soda Pinch of salt 1 cup all-purpose flour ¾ cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
1. Place Pro Ring in base of MicroPro® Grill and set aside. 2. In medium bowl, mix butter and sugars until creamy; incorporate egg, vanilla into butter/sugar mix until well combined. 3. Add in baking soda, salt, flour and mix to form dough. Fold in chocolate chips, reserving 2 tbsp. 4. Divide dough in half and press into Pro Ring. Cover and microwave at 50% power in Grill position for 10–12 minutes or until the top of cookie is set. Let rest for 2 minutes before unmolding. 5. Repeat process with remaining cookie dough. Top with remaining chocolate chips, and serve warm.
