Started to produce Carbonblack and Pigment Masterbatch under trade name "Blackpaste" Expanded a line of production in Sulphur and Chemical Masterbatch for Rubber and plastic Industry under trade name “Elastoperse.” Increased production capacity for Rubber Compound to serve customer demand First achieved ISO 9001 quality management certification Set up new rubber mixing facility, invest in new machine and start to implement Environmental Management System. Obtained ISO 14001 certification for Environment Management System.

We can supply large or small quantities of custom Rubber compounds with total Capacity 33,000 TPA (Run 2 shift 16 hrs/day)
Our Mixing Compound were prepared in a two-step process. Mixing Stage -one (Masterbatch) In the first-stage ,non vulcanizing ingredients are combine with raw rubber in the internal mixer. The product of the first-stage is generally called a "Masterbatch" Mixing Stage -two (Rubber Compound) After the first-stage mixing , compound has been allowed to cool , stage two mixing is carried out by adding vulcanizing agent. Next the rubber band was cut and folded several times by stock blender to ensure uniform and homogeneous mixing.

Controlling
Track raw materials through the entire compounding, with fully laboratory instrument, all properties and other can be measured. Finished goods from each batch are tested to ensure that conform to desired properties.
