Based on evidence design, color theory and biophilic design the space enhances wellbeing and stimulates the user to engage in recovery. It seeks to use interior design as a tool for reconnecting the user with its

al. Mark and Julie for instance, perfectly exemplify contrasting brain types. Mark's cognitive thought process identifies him as a left-brained thinker, where as Julie's creativity and whimsical approach to life equates her as right-brained. This unity of juxtaposing ideals will be personified in their home from spatial organization to material manipulation all while calling reference to the actual form and function of the anatomical brain. The parti diagram for the house is derived from abstract sketches of the brain in plan view. Furthermore, each space will evoke an emotional response in the user relative to its location within the parti diagram. In essence the goal of the new Router House design is to capture a strong sense of interconnectivity and unity between radically dissimilar, processes, Perspectives, forms and experiences.
