Sri Lanka is a treasure trove of shipwrecks, boulders, corals, reefs and many species of tropical fish waiting to be discovered. There is no season as such in Sri Lanka, which is unsuitable for diving. Diving is possible from November to mid March on the South West Coast and from May to October on the East Coa st. The climate is warm and humid with the temperature of coastal waters varying from 29째C to 31째C all year round with a visibility range of 20 - 25 metres. Our Diving Centres are complete with modern equipment and Multilingual Instructors who will assist you in exploring the diving sites which LSR has discovered.

On the first Sunday of October each year we organize the LSR International Marathon according to the rules and regulations of IAF (International Athletic Federation).
