12”x12”x12” cube, balances on four square inches and uses lines and planes. Personal: To invoke the idea of a line extending from a plane that serves as a base but is also held by the lines. Materials: Poplar Wood

Task: Define a 12’x12’x12’ square using 120 inches of balsa wood.
Personal: Inspired by Sol LeWitt unfinished cubes, I created a frame then defined points on inside based off thoughts provoked from sketch models. Materials: Balsa wood.

Task: Create a plaster from the Balance structure, and then
create a new 12’x12’x18’ structure that holds the plaster. Personal: Pulling from my line model, I set to make a structure that encompasses L shaped lines, and a quality of continuing throughout but not true for every line. Taking the plane of the Balance block and making it a negative void in the Armature. Material: Popular wood and plaster

for public usage and coordinates with 6 other studios. Personal: Lead on construction team, where my team and I cut and assembled sections of the structure. Then transported sections to site and assembled on site. Materials: 2x4’s and Masonite
