Since 1993, Salvatore Ferragamo, alongside his father Ferruccio, have conserved the Il Borro estate and transformed the property into a fivestar Relais et Châteaux Hotel in a 1000-year-old medieval village. Of top note, the family has converted all agricultural farming practice to organic farming, resulting in world-class wines with a unique concept of terroir.
