Corporate Plan 2020-2025
We will deliver: High quality, affordable homes that meet the needs of current and future generations in sustainable communities across Blaenau Gwent.
A warm welcome to our Corporate Plan. This is the plan of what we aim to deliver over the five years from 2020 to 2025 and how we aim to deliver it. Through this plan we aim, first and foremost, to be a great social landlord. To do so, we know we must listen carefully to feedback from tenants and leaseholders, to be able to deliver the services that are both needed and wished for. The plan sets out our next “Vision” for where we want the organisation to be, and to help us to deliver the Vision we have developed three Strategic Aims. Of course, to be successful we need the right culture. To do this we have developed our “Values”. In developing the plan, we consulted with a range of stakeholders including tenants and residents , our staff, Board and external partners. This is an ambitious plan that will help us to deliver high quality and affordable homes in sustainable communities across Blaenau Gwent. Professor Sir Adrian Webb Chair of the board
