In general: If the illness is something you would normally see your family doctor for –but you cannot get an appointment right away or it is after hours, urgent care is the right choice. Bring your insurance card & a photo ID.
In general: If the illness or injury seems more critical than something you would see your family doctor for or if you feel the emergency is life threatening, go to the nearest emergency room.

Well Mommy
Well Baby Program This program* is designed to provide educational support to pregnant women and their families and assist them to have a normal and healthy pregnancy. The program consists of one-on-one telephonic consultation with trained and skilled health care professionals who can provide guidance and support to pregnant women. Trained case managers are readily available to provide: • Phone-based pregnancy screening and education by an RN specialty case manager • Verbal and written educational information • Referrals to specialty care services when risk factors are identified.
Eligible participants can avail of the following services from highly trained perinatal nurse case managers: •A comprehensive risk assessment performed early in the pregnancy. If risk is identified, the nurse will discuss case management services with the member. •Teaching is provided related to the member's specific diagnoses, warning signs of pregnancy and healthy lifestyles.
Lamaze Classes
Eligible participants have access to Lamaze classes available through TakeCare’s contracted certified Lamaze instructors. This consists of a well developed series of classes focusing on positioning for labor, breathing and relaxation techniques, as well as other relevant information for expectant mothers and their partners in preparation for labor and childbirth. Class fees are reimbursed when you participate in this program.
