4-H CLUB MEETING

4-H gives youth that extra edge for life success by offering numerous opportunities to develop leadership, responsibility, and citizenship.

Ages: 4-18

Location: Chino Valley Community Center 1527 N Road 1 East

Date/Time: 4th Mon. of the month • 5:30 - 8:30am

Karate

Each class will consist in the basic training of kicking, punching, blocking, stances, along with Japanese etiquette and terminology. The techniques will become more advanced as the student advances, incorporating different combinations of the basics. Students will learn katas (choreographed techniques or form) designed specifically for each belt level.
