100% of all proceeds from this event go to the Fain Family Foundation which was established over 20 years ago to support our community. Foundation initiatives include working with nonprofits to find solutions for attainable housing, and projects to ensure the integrity of our community and outdoor environment. Great examples of past and current projects of the Fain Family Foundation include gifts of land to establish the Bob Edwards park site, the Town of Prescott Valley Municipal campus (20 acres), Fain Park, the expansion of the Boys and Girls Club of Central Arizona (Prescott Valley) and a 7 acre gift of land to the Prescott Valley YMCA.

This is the place for individuals with little or no handgun experience to start. We equip everyone with a Smith & Wesson .380 EZ semi-auto pistol and provide the ammo, rental electronic earmuffs and eye protection. Even if you already have a gun and have done a little shooting, our common training platform (and the easy-to-operate firearm) will ensure that you are focused on learning safety and shooting fundamentals rather than wrestling with your gun during the class. You’ll spend about 2 hours in the classroom learning the fundamentals; the rest of the time is spent on the range: practicing safe methods for loading and unloading, then live-fire exercises on the shooting

Explore the large rock formations Granite Dells has to offer, bird watch, or soak up the sun on this early fall day. At 400 acres Willow Lake is the largest lake in Prescott.
