STATE OF ALABAMA COUNTY OF ELMORE NOTICE OF FORECLOSURE SALE

Default having been made in the payment of the principal debt secured by mortgage executed by Otis Robinson and Rosa Robinson in favor of the Rent To Buy Homes, Inc., dated February 12, 2008, and recorded in RLPY 2008 at Page Judge of Probate of Elmore County, Alabama, and assigned to RTBH, II, Inc., by Assignment of Mortgage recorded in RLPY 2012 at Page 3224, in the OfElmore County, Alabama, and subsequently assigned to Wyatt Investment Group, LLC, by Assignment of Mortgage recorded in RLPY 2018 at Page 21290, inbate of Elmore County, Alabama the indebtedness being secured by said mortgage is due and payable and said mortgage is subject to foreclosure. Notice is hereby given that under the Powers of Sale as provided in said mortgage, the undersigned will on November 30, 2022, during the legal hours of sale, sell at public outcry to the highest bidder for cash before the courthouse door, in the City of Wetumpka, County of Elmore, State of Alabama, the following real estate described in and conveyed by said mortgage, the same being situated in Elmore County, State of Alabama, described as follows, to-wit: Lot 14, Block 1, of Scenic Hills Addition Plat No. 1, as the Plat thereof appears of record in the of Elmore County, Alabama, in Plat Book 7, at Page 90. This property will be sold on an “AS IS, WHERE IS” basis, subject to easements, restrictions and reservations appearing of record and subject to rights of redemption of all parties entitled thereto. Alabama law gives some persons who have an interest in property the right to redeem the property under certain circumstances. Programs may also exist that help persons avoid or delay the foreclosure process.

PUBLIC NOTICE ORDINANCE 22-08 AMENDING CHAPTER 22 SECTION 22-32 OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCES ADJUSTING THE BOUNDARIES OF COUNCIL WARDS WHEREAS, §11-44F-2 of the Code of Alabama, 1975, as amended, authorizes the City Council to establish the boundaries of the Council Wards; and WHEREAS, the City of MillCouncil Wards each Ward shall be formed of contiguous compact territory; and WHEREAS, the City Council, upon reviewing the 2020 Census data, has determined that changes in the population of each Ward warrant adjustments to the Ward boundaries to ensure equality in the voting process. NOW THEREFORE BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MILLBROOK, ALABAMA, AS FOLLOWS: SECTION 1. Ordinance 12-02 amending section 22-32 of the Millbrook Code of Ordinances is deleted in its entirety and replaced as follows: C. Sec. 22-32. Ward Boundaries. Pursuant to the authority contained in 11-46-23, Code of Alabama 1975, the City Council of the City of Millbrook, Alabama, does hereby readjust and reestablish the boundary lines of City and the territory composing each such Ward for purposes of City Council elections such that hereafter, said Wards shall be and are described using census blocks. The legal description forscribed in Ordinance 12-01 is re- described from metes and bounds to now be described by the 2020 census blocks attached hereto as Exhibit A. SECTION 2. In accordance with the requirements of Section 11-46-23, Code of Alabama, 1975, the City Clerk is hereby of this ordinance with the Judge of Probate of Elmore County, Alabama together with a map of the City depicting the Voting Wards as herein divided and described.

SECTION 3. This Ordinance shall become effective upon its Wetumpka Herald, a newspaper of general circulation published in Elmore County, Alabama. SECTION 4. All other sections or provisions of the Code of Ordinances of the City of Millamended herein remain in full force and effect.

SECTION 5. Should any section or provision of this Ordinance or the Code of Ordinances of the City of Millbrook, Alabama, be held invalid, such holding shall not affect the validity of any section or provision thereof which are not of themselves invalid.

SECTION 6. This Ordinance shall become effective upon its adoption and publication as required by law.
