SAUVIGNON Rich, elegant and full bodied, the aroma has a lifted perfume and is full of dark cherry fruit with a touch of vanilla. The palate is boldand full, but has softness, spice and elegant tannins. An approachable Cabernet that will drink well now or cellar for up to 5 years.

2017 TWO-BLOCKS SHIRAZ

This wine was matured in a combination of new American and second use French oak for 24 months. This gives the wine structure, complexity and a lift of chocolate oak flavour, with rich mulberry fruit.

Rich blackberry fruit is balanced with the subtle spice and cedar aromas. The palate is bold and complex with fine, elegant tannins leading to the long, balanced finish. Cellared for 6 years prior to release.
