The event that we are going to make is aimed to everyone who is interested in the tourism of the province of Granada, and we have also think to aim it to the students of tourism of Granada, either in this center or in others tourism schools in Granada (like EFA El Soto, Chauchina, we consider them as important because they learn the same grades of tourism). The public is going to choose our event because it contains the next variables: it is original, as there is no other similar tourist event in Granada; it is interesting because many people don't know very well what's the tourist supply and they don't know the many option that the province offers, so they can get all the information that they may need; it covers the needs and expectations of the visitors. The event takes place in Hurtado de Mendoza Studies Center, which covers the needs of the event thanks to its facilities and location, its parking and the surroundings, which has good access; the extra services that we offer are a typical products of Granada try, games related to the province and a raffle for an entrance to the Alhambra.

In our event we are going to offer several services, such as give information about the different tourist typologies available in the province of Granada; this one will be the main reason for our event. For this, we'll have 4 stands according to each typology, and these will be: SUN & BEACH TOURISM In this stand will be offered information about; hotels in the area, the most important beaches and active tourism activities that can be practiced. In this stall we´ll also offer a sample of the different tropical fruits that are grow in the Tropical Coast, such as mango and avocado.
CULTURAL TOURISM We´ll provide leaflets with information about the accommodation supply inside the province. There will also be information about the cultural monuments and information for those services and activities for Granada's citizens: Isabel la Católica theatre, Santo Domingo palace, and for Alhambra palace with free guided tours.

GASTRONOMIC TOURISM Information about hotels and restaurant which offer typical gastronomy from Granada, either for hotel guests as for visitors. It will also be provided information about the most famous tapas areas in Granada city Centre, as well as the best restaurants and bars. In this stall will be provided some samples: in the morning coffee plus a mini toast with tomato and oil from the province, and in the afternoon a sample of two typical dishes from Granada: “Habitas con Jamón” and “Papas a lo Pobre con Pimientos Fritos”.
RURAL TOURISM This stall will provide information about rural accommodation establishments in the province, from hotels to rural houses. It will be highlighted villages that offer this kind of tourism, divided between villages from “la Alpujarra” and “la Vega Granadina”.

To end up, in this stand will be provided information about the active tourism activities that can be done in this atmosphere. At a specific time, there will be a conference about the tourism in Granada. It will be given by the Provincial Minister of Tourism in Granada, Guillermo Quero. In fact, through the hours of the event will be performed several activities:

The cost of the tickets for the event is going to be 1,50€. We are going to justify why we have decided to set this price:
The CONFERENCE ROOM costs €12,50/hour
The STUDENTS ROOM costs €150 for the whole day.
The CATERING SERVICE will be €150. (that day will see more groups have decided to split the cost of catering between 4) €37'5
The salary of the employees is €55 each, this means €165 (for 3 employees)
TOTAL is €365.
We have calculated that the assistants to the event will be about 350 people.
To reach the break event point, we would need to set the price in €1,042. First of all, we have decided to set the price in €1,50 because is not a high price, and then because in this calculations we are only including the fixed prices, so to be able to cover the variable costs and to earn some money.

There are two different ways to sell our tickets: the first one is to sell them directly to the assistants, and the other one is by intermediaries, such as travel agencies. We have chosen both of them; the first one is “Selling Directly to the Consumers”. We will be in charge to sell the tickets to the rest of the students of the school in the break time and in the class change. Another alternative is to sell the tickets by the social media by setting them in PDF format and the consumers print them at home. The social media that we are going to use will be: Twitter, Instagram , Facebook and our Blog.
The second option is “Selling through Retailers”. We will rely on a person who will be on charge to be Public Relations and to distribute a concrete number of tickets. This tickets will be marked in order to know how many of the tickets will be sold by this person, who will receive a percentage for every ticket sold in the post-event.

According to the data from last year, there weren't highlighted figures. In this occasion, we have marked several objectives to try to improve the number of assistants as the number of followers and Likes in the social media. Objetives: 1. To grow the number of assistants and so to increase the incomes (increase the attendance). 2. To make the fair more dynamic with several activities that will be carried out through the day and a raffle. 3. To increase presence in Social Networks. 4. To get the appearance of the fair in general better and also the quality of the stands.
