The Luxe Touch magazine is the “creme de la creme” of quality with its heavy cover that has been fully film laminated, foil stamped in gold and embossed for an extra luxurious look and feel. In today’s time with run away social media, Luxe Touch has designed a community portal web site for partners to contribute news about their business, new products, trends in their industries, etc. This site is designed to be the go to web address for local residents. It will contain local and national news, school district updates and happenings, as well as our partner’s contributions. This site will be aggressively marketed by the publisher to drive a high viewership. Our partners are encouraged to make regular contributions to the site. Each of the articles you submit for the print publication will automatically be added to the site complete with photographs and an author’s block containing all your contact information and a link to your web site. Don’t underestimate the power of entering content on this site to drive other business to your web site. Link backs are a proven way to increase your search engine ranking to your web site. The web site is set up with blog features that allow viewers to post comments and questions, an important communication mode. You should monitor your posting on a regular basis and interact with those posting comments to your articles. When you post content on www.LuxeTouch.com you can then navigate to your posting page and choose share on face book or twitter (or others offered) and your article will automatically appear on your facebook or twitter pages. This provides our partners a simple way to provide easy updated content to both the Luxe Touch Site and your social network sites without duplicating the effort involved.

Each partner is also listed with full contact information in our Partner’s listings. You may also choose to create an offer that will be presented in our Partner’s offer section. The home page will feature rotating ads and each of our partners is given this ad with a direct link to your web site. Your Partnership Includes: Luxe Touch Print Edition A Two Page Spread -Partners will write content for a two page spread which will provide information about their industry. Partners may provide appropriate high resolution photography if they desire, otherwise quality stock photography will be purchased for your article that matches the content theme. (At certain times when your industry is being highlighted in the cover or a feature article, the publisher may request that you write content on a specific topic in your industry.) One Full Bleed Page Advertisement -Included will be one full bleed page advertisement in our Partners section. Ad specs provided, submitted ads must be of high quality artwork and design. Partners that prefer may provide text content and photos and a custom ad will be designed for you complementary. Business Name Listing -Your business name listing with content and ad page numbers in the issue content directory is also included.

etailed Circulation Information 7,921 Copies will be direct mailed to all households in Southlake, Westlake, Colleyville & Keller that are listed on the tax rolls for $475,000 or above. The list is current and freshly purchased for each issue from Info USA Lists. 2,279 Copies will be direct mailed to members of our proprietary data base that Tamara Keilberg Luxury Real Estate has accumulated for people that have registered at our open houses, to receive our relocation guide or signed up to receive information from TKLRE. These prospects have shown an interest in our immediate area, remodeling, decorating or relocating to Southlake, Westlake, Collevyille and Keller. This count will increase as our database count grows. 5,000+ copies will be distributed to our partners to pass out at their place of business or to mail to their current data base. Each partner will receive 100 copies. If you feel that you cannot pass out that quantity, simply let us know and we will arrange for your allocation of magazines, or any portion of it, to be distributed at a high traffic area. We want to ensure all these copies make it into local consumer hands. 1,000 copies will be distributed to local school districts, chamber of commerce and city government locations of Southlake, Westlake, Colleyville and Keller. 600 copies will be distributed by Tamara Keilberg Luxury Real Estate at open houses, real estate events, and relocation inquires. 1,200 copies will be distributed in other high exposure locations such as lobbies of local businesses, professional services, hotels and more. Additional copies will be distributed to paid subscribers that request inclusion: cost is no profit for $10 per issue ($40 one yr subscription fee).

ontributing Editor Content This is going to be much easier than you think and we are here to help you as needed. Your Content: For your two-page spread article, you will submit 350-1000 words on a topic that relates to your business that would be of interest to your target prospects. Remember this is not an ad, but the sharing of your expertise about your industry. Each article should include: A title. A short 25-40 word caption that we can highlight in the page layout design. 350-1000 words in the body of the article. If your subject lends itself to photos or large impact photos, the wording needs to be reduced. Remember, reader’s attention spans are fairly short. If your content is lengthy, divide it up every 200-300 words with sub title headings. Supply excellent high resolution photography or request that we supply photography. If your photo needs are very specific you will need to provide photos. No formatting of any kind is required. Your content will be copied and pasted into an on-line submission form.

Editing: Breathe a sigh of relief. Being a luxury upscale publication, quality is of the upmost importance. We certainly realize that our business partners may not be professional writers. Therefore, each and every submission will be professionally edited by a team of editors we have retained! Review and Approval: After you submit your content, it will be edited. Our designer will create an appealing and dynamic page layout for your content and select or arrange your images. After those items are completed you will receive your choice of a digital pdf or a hard copy to proof and review for final approval. * Special Content Categories: Several of our partners will be required to submit their information in slightly different format. For example our Fiscal section partners will submit 3 short articles as they would for a new letter. Our Feast and Party partners will provide images or allow our photographer to take images and provide descriptive contents. Several of our retail partners will also have a slightly different format to add variety to the magazine. You will be advised before commitment if your content will vary from this described format. Feature and Cover Articles: On occasions, if your business relates to a feature or cover story that is provided by the publisher, there may be a request by the publisher for you to choose a particular subject within your business to write about in order to be a part of our feature section. There is no added charge for being part of a feature section and we have designed the features to be inclusive to a great many of our partners in various issues through out the year. Ad Submission Specifications Preferred Method: PDF files must be created in Acrobat distiller and saved as a PDF-X1A file. All artwork must be flattened before saving. If bleed is desired, the document must be set to bleed dimensions with trim marks set to 10pt offset as described above. Submit in single page format. Type or images must be kept 3/8� from page trim. CMYK color only. All fonts must be embedded (or better yet converted to outlines before output to pdf ). Line screen: 133 4C, density 300. Please note that the publication will not accept any submissions that do not meet these specifications. Publication is not responsible for color or content of files that do not conform to our specifications. Knockout font smaller than 10 points cannot be guaranteed perfect registration and is therefore not recommended. Accepted Method: InDesign CS3 or below. All fonts and images must be packaged. All images must be CMYK and 300 DPI. Fonts may also be converted to outlines if preferred before packaging (but be sure to save a copy that is not converted to outlines in the case editing is required in the future.) Submission & Approval: All ads may be submitted by using the upload form at http://www.LuxeTouch.com/adsubmit.html Once the ad is reviewed a digital print out will be made. You will be required to sign off on the final version. This may be done by digital signature after online review or we will be happy to provide a paper copy for you to sign.

ontributing Digital On-Line Content As a part of your inclusion package, you are able to contribute an unlimited amount of content on your community portal web site at www.LuxeTouch.com. Digital content is not as restrictive as the print publication simply because it is unlimited. Be creative and submit content often! This content can be directly involving your business, but be aware that readers want information and not sales pitches. Carefully craft your message to both share information and then solve the problem with your solution. Some Examples could be: Write about a new product or technology in your industry. Service providers could write about a success story. A retailer could announce a new collection they just received. A restaurant could announce a new dish that is being served. A lender could announce this week’s mortgage rates and or trends. A designer could post new photos of a completed project. The possibilities are endless...

Please review your content for spelling and basic grammar mistakes before uploading content. You will complete your author information block as soon as you have signed up. It will not be necessary to upload that information with each submission as we will automatically assign it to each upload. Uploads will be reviewed, formatted and posted within 24 hours of submission (usually much sooner). This time allows us to attractively format your content, arrange or choose stock photography if necessary and create the posting for you. An email will be sent as soon as your posting goes online.

Luxe Touch Terms & Conditions 1. All partners must pay in full by check, cash or credit card at the time of inclusion commitment. 2. Once payment is received and inclusion is committed to, there will be no refunds under any circumstances. 3. All partners will proof and accept content prior to publication. Any errors over looked by advertising partner are not the liability of the publisher and no cost adjustment will be made. Carefully review all proofs so that any errors can be avoided. Under no circumstance will the publisher ever be responsible for more than the cost paid for the ad by the partner. Advertising partner further agrees that Publisher will not under any circumstance be responsible for consequential damages, including lost income and/or profits. 4. All orders accepted are subject to acts of God, fires, strikes, accidents, or other occurrences beyond Publisher’s control (whether like or unlike any of those enumerated herein) that prevent Publisher from partially or completely producing, publishing or distributing Luxe Touch. 5. Advertising partner certifies that correct permission is granted for all photography provided for use to Luxe Touch and they, the advertiser, is solely responsible for any consequence of unauthorized or incorrect use of photos, name or materials not correctly authorized for use. 6. Publisher has the right to refuse any content that is not submitted in the correct format or to reject content that is not of professional quality. Publisher will provide substitute content at their discretion. 7. Advertising partner acknowledges and understands that online content, postings and offers will be removed after the issue cycle ends if they choose not to continue with Luxe Touch. Expiration dates are as follows: May-JuneJuly issue expires the last day of July, Aug-Sept-Oct issue expires the last day of October, Nov-Dec-Jan issue expires the last day of January and Feb-Mar-Apr issue expires the last day of April.

8. Advertising partner agrees to distribute to the community or to clients the 100 copies provided by the publisher. (a maximum of 5 copies can be kept by the advertiser as keepsakes) . These are supplied for distribution to the public and are an important part of the distribution model. Any advertiser that does not feel they can distribute their allotment in the first 60 days of issue cycle can call for a pick up and we will happily arrange a high traffic area for those copies to be distributed providing you and our other partners further exposure. 9. Advertising partner agrees to meet deadlines as provided by the publisher and seek help from the publisher when needed to accomplish timely completion and submission. 10. Publisher has the right to change pricing and distribution model as needed to enhance Luxe Touch at any time. Advertising partners will be advised of such changes. And are not obligated to participate in future issues. 11. Advertising partner acknowledges that if they opt out at any time for any reason the publisher will immediately seek to replace that business with another advertiser. Since our partnership is exclusive to only one advertiser per specific business industry, rejoining may or may not be possible. A waiting list will be provided if requested by former advertiser. 12. Placement of content and advertisement inside the issue is at publisher’s discretion.
