T h e Healthy Living Menu n ot on l y prom otes , opti m i s es a n d helps maintain good health it also combines intense flavours and an extens i ve s el ecti on of i n g red i en ts th a t belies the old saying th a t "i f i t' s g ood for y ou i t ca n ' t b e interesting" At the heart of our Healthy Living Menu, like the GUSTO main menu, is the selection of high quality fresh organic ingredients an d cook i n g pra cti s es th a t d o n ot rely on the use of excessive fat, sugar or salt but maximises nutritional content. The result is a diverse selection of fabulous dishes that not only promote good health but cater for those with special requirements such as diabetes, high blood pressure and high cholesterol. We h a v e h a d e a c h d i s h a s s e s s e d t o g i v e i t s c a l o r i e count as well as fat, carbohydrate, fibre and cholesterol properties. These are listed underneath each item along with the percentage of the recommended guideline intake for an average adult.
