ANIMATED READ-ALONG STORIES FROM TUMBLEBOOKLIBRARY

Searching for eBooks for your early reader? Look no further than your library’s website, where you’ll find TumbleBookLibrary. TumbleBooks are animated, talking picture books that make reading fun. TumbleBookLibrary also includes puzzles and games, National Geographic videos and eBook playlists created to fit many learning themes (and attention spans!). Visit HCPLC.org/Kids and connect to TumbleBookLibrary to find stories and activities your children will adore.

EBOOKS, DOWNLOADABLE AUDIOBOOKS AND OVERDRIVE

OverDrive for Kids offers a large selection of eBooks, eAudiobooks and videos. Need a book right now? OverDrive lets you search by items currently available in your library’s digital collection. You can also tailor your search by difficulty and interest using Lexile, ATOS and grade level filters. Need to place a hold? When a copy becomes available, you now have the option to borrow it right away or have it delivered later. This feature allows you to enjoy your books and videos when it’s most convenient for you. To get started, download the Libby by OverDrive app, borrow or request a title, and enjoy!

Find digital movies galore in the public library’s new streaming resource for children, Kanopy Kids. Connect through the library’s website at HCPLC.Kanopy.com/Kids and browse movies and TV shows. You can also stream videos on different school subjects such as math, science and language learning with unlimited, commercial-free viewing.
