by Laura Byrne and Dani Meyering
It’s great to be a kid in Florida, especially if you’re a little kid who loves Peppa Pig! The world’s first Peppa Pig Theme Park in Winter Haven celebrates its one-year anniversary this month, making this the perfect time for us to share some of our favorite things to do to help you plan your most oinktastic day ever!
Peppa Pig Theme Park is located just steps away from LEGOLAND® Florida Resort in Winter Haven.

Our Favorite Things
As you step inside Peppa Pig Theme Park, you instantly become immersed in Peppa’s world. What was once a 2D adventure on TV transforms into a real-life 3D experience for preschoolers. The colors are vibrant, but even kids who are just getting to know this beloved character will not feel like they are in an “over the top” Peppa Pig environment. You and the kids can explore Granny Pig’s Garden where you will find George’s Fort, Grandpa Pig’s Greenhouse,
Madame Gazelle’s Nature
Trail, Peppa Pig’s Treehouse and Rebecca Rabbit’s Playground. Or go on a high seas adventure on Granddad Dog’s Pirate Boat Ride and even meet Peppa and her family face-to-face! We love that we can ride with our kids if they’re not quite ready to brave it alone, so it’s truly a place where all little kids can experience their first theme park rides.
Grampy Rabbit’s Dinosaur
Adventure is a perfect example of a child being able to ride independently or with their parent right behind them. There are six rides and six themed playscapes in all, including Daddy Pig’s Roller Coaster. Be sure to explore Peppa’s House as you make your way through the ride queue! Kids can play in Peppa’s kitchen and even sit on her couch for a photo. We also love the Fun Fair area of the park where kids can play carnival games for free! The ring toss and rubber ducky games were favorites of our kiddos. What’s really cool is that while the park was designed with little kids in mind, older siblings will enjoy it too.

How to Stay Cool at the Park
Shade and splash pads are necessary features of a theme park in the summertime, and there are plenty of both at the park. In addition to shaded seating areas around the park, there are indoor areas like the Cinema where you can sit back and relax on giant pillows while your kiddos catch up on their favorite episodes of Peppa Pig. The Muddy Puddles Splash Pad is a huge hit with the kids with its pint-sized waterslides and water play features.
Peppa Pig Merchandise
This is your one-stop shop for all things Peppa Pig! From toys to even underwear to inspire little ones to complete their potty-training journey, there are several options here to take the fun home with you.
Miss Rabbit’s Diner
When your little piggies get hungry, pop into Miss Rabbit’s Diner for kid-friendly meals like PB&J, cheese pizza and more. Parents have lots of yummy options too, including flatbread and sandwiches. The Mud Cup and Muddy Puddle Milkshakes are also kid favorites.
Tickets
You can purchase single day tickets starting at $34 for ages 2 and older. If you want to add in a visit to LEGOLAND Florida Resort next door, the combo park ticket is $119. There are Annual Pass options as well. With the Gold Pass + Peppa Pig Theme Park, families can make oinktastic memories with Peppa and also enjoy LEGOLAND Florida Theme Park and LEGOLAND Water Park for $269.99. This also includes free parking, which is why we love annual pass options!

Autism Friendly
LEGOLAND® Florida Resort, including Peppa Pig Theme Park, LEGOLAND Theme Park, LEGOLAND Water Park and the three on-site hotels, partnered with The International Board of Credentialing and Continuing Education Standards (IBCCES) to earn accreditation as a Certified Autism Center (CAC). As part of this Resort-wide certification, IBCCES worked with Peppa Pig Theme Park to conduct staff-wide autism sensitivity and awareness training in addition to making more tangible updates to the in-park communications. The training reviews the areas of sensory awareness, environment, communication, motor and social skills, program development and emotional awareness and includes a comprehensive autism competency exam. “We are passionate about being the Resort for families to build awesome vacation memories, and we are thankful to our partners at IBCCES for helping us be more welcoming and more inclusive to more families, including those with sensory needs,” says Kelly Hornick, Head of Marketing & Communications for LEGOLAND Florida Resort and Peppa Pig Theme Park. In addition to staff training, IBCCES helped develop the Sensory Guides. These guides are posted near the entrance of every attraction, providing insight on how a child with sensory processing issues may be affected by each of the five senses. This information is intended to make it easier for parents and families to plan activities that satisfy their child’s specific needs and accommodations.
Fun Facts About the Peppa Pig Theme Park:
Sing, dance, snort and giggle when you go to one of Peppa’s live shows in Mr. Potato’s Showtime Arena. You can also meet Peppa and her family after the show!
