Ride SandSerpent at Busch Gardens for the last time!

Busch Gardens Tampa Bay is retiring the SandSerpent roller coaster in Pantopia after 19 years of thrilling fun. SandSerpent will be replaced by an exciting new ride. The last day to experience the 5-story tall coaster is July 9.

National Ice-Cream Day is July 16!

The St. Pete Pier is celebrating this beloved sweet treat with the second annual Tampa Bay Ice Cream Festival on National Ice-Cream Day, July 16, from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. You can enjoy ice-cream and other frozen treats from dozens of local vendors and even vote for the best ice cream in Tampa Bay! The event is free to attend.

Coachman Park just got a massive makeover, re-opening with additions including new park space, gateway plaza, pedestrian promenade, scenic overlook, playground, splash pad and performing arts venue. Daily recurring events will include health and fitness classes, food and beverage experiences, exhibitors and children's games, as well as activities and park amenities, walking trails and more.
