SEPTEMBER FAIRGROUNDS ST. PETE GRAND OPENING A new immersive experience opens this month in Tampa Bay. Fairgrounds St. Pete is a 15,000-square-foot space that celebrates MEET SPECS! A PUPPY WITH PURPOSE The Glazer Vision Foundation recently welcomed a new member to their team! Meet Specs, the foundation’s puppy with a purpose! Specs is training to be a guide dog for the visually impaired and he loves the camera! DEBUTS AT ZOOTAMPA

Girl Scouts of West Central Florida is excited to be joining the nationwide debut of Adventurefuls, a brand-new indulgent brownie-inspired cookie with caramel-flavored crème and a hint of sea salt. Adventurefuls take cookie lovers on a delicious taste adventure just like Girl Scouts go on their own amazing adventures in Girl Scouting. GSWCF is on a mission to build girls of courage, confidence and character who make the world a better place. Through the Cookie Program that launches in January 2022, girls learn business fundamentals that help them gain 6 real-world entrepreneurial skills as they take their first step to becoming the next generation of leaders. To get a sneak peek of what Girl Scouts is all about and to try the new cookie prior to 2022, families are invited to GS Fest at the Florida State Fairgrounds on Sept. 18.
