GENERAL INFORMATION

SOLICITATIONS

Distributing banners, booklets, business cards, circulars, commercial advertising, flyers, folders, handbills, leaflets, notices, pamphlets, posters, stickers, or any other written, printed and/or painted materials is prohibited at RJS and within its parking lots without the explicit permission of the event presenter, team, or stadium operations staff. This includes any exchange of money while on the complex, including the solicitation for donations to charities, teams, or clubs and sale or peddling of any product/food/drink. Any guest who persists in soliciting while on the stadium property and in the parking lots will be subject to ejection or, as necessary, arrest and having all materials confiscated. Call the below numbers for permission to solicit: • For Buccaneers games: 813-870-2700 • For USF games: 813-974-2125 • For other events: 813-350-6500.

STADIUM OFFICE

The Stadium Office is located in the south plaza between Gates C and D next to the Ticket Office. The Stadium Office’s number is 813-350-6500 Monday through Friday 8 a.m. - 5 p.m. and on game days it is 813-350-6501. Fans can also reach the office by TDD Phone at 1-800-955-8771.

STANDING

Fans that enter RJS are asked to enjoy the game from the comfort of the seat indicated on their ticket. When fans stand, they block the view of fans behind them. It is not the intent to limit fans’ enjoyment of the game, but continuous standing in seating areas will not be permitted. Guests may choose to stand and watch the game in the end zone plazas, club lounges, or concourses. Please follow the directions of ushers and security.

SUITES

RJS has three private suite levels featuring 195 air-conditioned luxury suites, which include fully retractable windows, multiple televisions, private bar, private restrooms, and seating for 8-46 guests. Suites are accessible from either the east or west club entrances. For more information call 813-870-2700 ext. 1344.

TAG-A-FAN

The TAG-A-FAN program returns lost children/fans to their ticketed seat. Free ID bracelets display the fan’s seat location, making it easy for event staff and law enforcement to reunite separated parties. To locate a lost child/fan or to sign up, go to the nearest Guest Services booth or notify event staff.
