Annual report of the database of tenant involvement March 2010

A range of Information leaflets for tenant involvement

Introduction to the report The database of tenant involvement was set up in August 2008 to register how tenants and leaseholders want to get involved with how their housing services are run. After the annual report in March 2009 the tenant participation team sat with tenants to review how we could improve tenant involvement. The tenant participation strategy for 2009 -2012 was written surrounding tenant involvement at Tamworth borough council. Tenants were actively involved in writing the strategy and are known as the ‘Tenant Involvement Group’ to oversee the implementation of the action plans going forward. The following report findings are a reflection on the database of tenant involvement as a whole at March 2010. Currently we have 42.2% active tenants that have been involved in various ways throughout 2009 -2010.
