The History In 1939, the marquis Antonio Trionfi Honorati built the first farm with only thirty cows, the Frisians type; In those years, milk used to be cooled down to 4° and bottled manually, then taken door to door to the near town of Jesi (ANCONA), that’s when the first concept of “from the producer to the consumer” was born in the area, insuring freshness and quality of the product. In 1965 the introduction of new milking machineries, enabled the farm to grow. 1966 Giuseppe Trionfi Honorati, son of Antonio, is the first founder of the “Trevalli” one of the first cooperative of milk production. With the help of the new generation, the family decides to go back producing quality, genuine fresh products; as a result the cheese farm “Caseificio Piandelmedico” is born, as a progression of the love that the family has for all things natural and as an answer for those who want to rediscover the good flavours of our tradition
