5. What would you change or suggest for next Summer Day? Text Response Continue to work on happiness at work More mix of countries to have a xiringuito close more integration, better consultants, better themes

better hotel for most of invited people, maybe tapas instead of regular 3 course meal acabar en un chiringuito Dedicate a bit more time to communicate strategic goals of the company for 2011-2012. Specially in a visual mode so there is full alignment. Una gincana!!

Everything was really well organised!! May be some team building or management games No beach... I prefer to get drunk in another place... winter day on Poland activities for the afternoon, people kind of split up after the lunch Statistic

10. What would you change or suggest for next year's off-site retreat?

86% follow-up : quarterly and yearly objectives and implementation planning share agenda a little before than just 4 days try to eliminate any topic that could be done in a smaller group (the discussion from the two HR women, for example) More interactive sessions as we had with the business model. The expert participant was a good idea but we could have maybe invested less time on them. We ran out of time and could not prepare Q3 company rocks. All was perfectly done!!!


Conclusions • Summer Day likes to everyone! • Summer Day Theme on Happiness was highly rated but next year we need to improve hotel! • Improvable: team building and more management games

• Offsite Retreat was highly rated on most details but not on food. •Hurray for Jan Brinkmann! Best moderator on Offsite Retreat • Improvable time management: We ran out of time and could not prepare Q3 company rocks
