The ambiance of the restaurant is created according to the categories of food being served in it which are SATVIK, RAJASIK, and Tamasik. The three categories in which food was divided in ancient India by our ancestors. The choices of materials and colors have been made accordingly such as in SATVIK sitting softer and more organic materials such as teak wood and cotton upholstery has been used wherein TAMASIK sitting the materials are more processed such as resin and compressed wood which stands for the kind of food being served in that particular setting and how it affects your body and what is the nature of that food.

Material Board
The location of the restaurant is in Ahmedabad near Manek chowk in an old traditional Gujarati pol house which is been transformed into a traditional Indian restaurant using a very unique concept of cuisine which was used in ancient India space is divided into three parts same as the food categories that will be served. All three parts have been differentiated by three colors parrot green for SATVIK as it includes fresh fruits and vegetables, yellow for RAJASIK, and red for TAMASIK as it includes oily and spicy food. The very famous craft of Kutch Gujarat ,Ajrak is used to make block printed clothes for women using naturally dyed water and soaking the cloth in it overnight the blocks used in the process are made of natural wood and are intricately carved with geometric patterns. Joining multiple blocks using different joineries and making a rectangle panel out of it. The same panel has been used as the tabletop of the restaurant using naturally pigmented resin to fill the negative spaces of the geometric patterns of the wooden blocks.

Craft (Ajrak)
It is an Indian authentic casual dining experience that takes the visitor to that era in every possible way. The existing structure of the pol house was interesting enough to make it perfect with some surface-level material changes. Multiple existing windows on the first floor provide natural light for the table sittings in the daytime.Huge cortyard in the middle of the restaurant is used fot sattvik sitting for more natural and outdoor experience
