VMC MAIN BUILDING & COMMERCIAL
This building is designed like a mixed-use structure but on a smaller scale.
The commercial end is designed with the concept of subtraction of mass in a building making it functional and visually appealing. The mass on the top three floors provides natural shading to the south-west facade of the building. The main building is designed with the concept of staggering of mass creating a dynamic building exterior with roof gardens.

The Council Hall has a seperate building from the main mass. It follows a sloped building concept with additional usable space on different levels of the building. A sloping design can give a building a unique and interesting appearance that stands out from other buildings in the area and being the Council Hall,it helps create a distinctive identity.

The VMC Office building incorporates an open space or void within the structure, for aesthetic & functional purposes. The void is located at first floor level within the building, creating a sense of openness and visual interest. It acts as an interactive co-working space for employees.
The void allows natural light and ventilation to enter the building, creating a more comfortable and inviting environment & helps break the monotony of large, enclosed spaces, creating a more dynamic and visually interesting interior.
