Happy New Year To All Our Loyal Readers
MEDITATION TIMES Published by Taoshobuddha Meditations Trinidad, West indies
EDITORIAL A new dawn ushers the hope of transformation and enlightenment. The spring brings many wonderful manifestations. The flowers of hope may seem to fade but they ne’er vanish. Masters are like flowers they come waft their fragrance to the winds and then wilt to form manure so that the disciples can grow with this divine fertilizer. Death for a master is but a celebration and mere transition to another realm. It is a portal to a world divine and sublime. A world beyond the cognition of our frail senses. Masters always see from a transcendental perspective and that is why we cannot understand their implicit utterances. And yet a child can see exactly what the masters says. To understand a master simple innocence is needed. If your mind is cunning and calculating you will miss a master even if he lives in your house. To smell a flower all that is required is your presence. To recognize a master all that is needed on your part is your availability. You must be open and vulnerable. This January issue celebrates Death. Our last year’s January issue also was a celebration of Death. It seems ironic that for a New Year we start by celebrating Death. But Death is really a rebirth. A discontinuity with a past and plunge into the unknown and unknowable. Unknown and unknowable because you cannot know it with your mind and for mind it will always remain unknowable. And a heart need not know it cause a heart lives is in it, a heart is it.
Masters are like flowers that blossom with the light of spring and whiter with the darkness of winter. Few masters appear in winter. Not the physical winter but the winter of the soul. Rare indeed does a master appear in the winter of the souls’ sojourn. Osho was one such master who appeared in the physical and psychological winter of Man’s destiny, he came in our darkest and most crucial time and offered light to guide the weary pilgrims along the pathless path. His light is not of this realm and hence we were blinded by his utter brilliance and shut our eyes to his truth – the truth eternal. And like all masters before him and after him we crucified and killed his mortal caprice. But truth cannot be confined in a tomb. And so his death is merely a resurrection to a greater force. A force that is ‘atmic’ and can only grow with the passage of time. In this issue we celebrate his death and the death of all masters. And as a special tribute we include an appendix calendar in his honour –that we hope can inspire and guide you in moments of doubts and despair.
W
e are once again at the dawn of a new year. Traditionally many make resolutions not the simple one. The more complex is your resolution the easier it will be. And in fact there is no need for a resolution. The only resolution should be to die to the moment and be reborn to the next moment. Inward journey then continues. In fact birth and death go together. With this issue Meditation Times Tm ushers into a new dawn of 2010 as the Chief Editor Swami Anand Neelambar says in his Editorial. When the Meditation Times TM began several years it was then again Swami Anand Neelambar was inducted as the Chief Editor. It was Black and White Lithographic issue. However in a short span of time its circulation has reached 4000 world over. We had given it as our gift free. From this year it will available for a small subscription. Meditation Times TM has been the sole creation, design, layouts, selection of theme etc. of Swami Anand Neelambar. His editorials are beauty indeed. He should be encouraged to write articles as well. In the year 2009 many new contributors emerged. We are thankful to Professor Rattan Lal Hangloo of Hydrabad Central University, Maulana Jalaluddin Ahmad Ar Rowi, of Malasiya, Lars Jensen of Sweden. Your support is the assurance that the birth of the New Man awaits its emergence out of you. There is no time frame for this. Once you are on path certainly it will happen one day. Amor vincit Omnia! Question: Maybe the review from Anil Sohoni could be put at the end of the book like a sort of summary of the contents. Lars Jensen
I
t is indeed an important question not to be answered instead be a part of this process. To be in synchronicity is a beauty. Synchronicity as a word in the realm of psychology was coined by Carl Jung. Accordingly it refers to the coincidence of events that seem related, but are not obviously caused one by the other. The term was first used in this sense in the work of the psychologist Carl Jung. In simple terms Synchronicity implies two minds, two hearts and finally two being working or vibrating at the same wavelength. And eventually the two starts playing the same tune. Several times I have given you the anecdote of Emperor Akbar who wanted to know that how in the hands of a trained master musician one instruments can make another tuned instrument vibrate the same tune. However this term always existed in the realm of inner growth and harmony between the master and the disciple. Master is in harmony with all that is. It is harmony that first connects all the discordant elements in you and then connects you to your being and then as the final process it connects you to the cosmic harmony. Master uses this as a device to bring harmony in an aspirant. He can use any method or opportunity for this. Now let me give you the context to this talk. Lars Jensen is currently editing ‘The Secrets of Spiritual Life’. This book contains
fragmentary talks of Taoshobuddha on wide ranging subjects. In fact, this work is being presented as the authorship of Lars Jensen. This is a process of transformation of Lars. Recently we received a review of the work from Anil Sohoni from Pune, India. I had decided to include this in the book as epilogue as this contains substance for the readers. Because of this work Lars’ mind is tuning to my mind he began to vibrate the same message. This is a device. And slowly and slowly the aspirant learns the process of harmony. When this harmony attains fulfillment it becomes synchronicity. In the beginning when I had asked Lars to write for ‘Meditation Times’ and in one of his article I made certain changes for better presentation there was a meek resentment (expression of ego). This needed to be removed. Now as the process of final editing is in progress Lars is vibrating more and more inner harmony. The process will take a while. When a disciple works like this his inner progress becomes easy. You will recall how Jalaluddin Rumi wrote the world famous Masnavi. Each time Rumi wrote and brought for the approval of his master Shams Tabriz who did not even look at the work. Even without looking at the compositions Shams asked Rumi to throw in the well. This process continued for 40 times. There was
no resentment in Rumi. May be the master knows better. May be still there is sort coming. Ego was dissolving. And then one day Rumi brought Masnavi. Shams looked at Rumi, not the compositions of Masnavi, and approved.
The ways and means of ego are very subtle. It is difficult when it goes into subtle realms. Only a master can see this. Therefore the master devices the plan and thus helps the inward journey of the aspirant.
Rumi has attained. Rumi was embodiment of inner harmony and oneness. And anything that comes out of such a state is Total and has the capability of transforming. It will have effect on the reader. This is the reason Rumi is widely read mystical poet throughout the world. From New York Soap Opera to Semas, and intellectual sessions Rumi’ poetry is cherished.
During the process nothing can be explained. Only the trust and love helps the aspirant to persist with the process. The old system that you have identified with so far is at the brink of dissolution. Trembling and resentment is bound to happen. Ego is the ground on which you are standing is now slipping from under your feet. Great fear comes in. A little trust, love and courage will help you to go through this difficult moment of the journey.
It was after the completion of Masnavi Rumi wrote a couplet that meant:
And at the end you will be ‘synchronicity’ not that you will attain to this.
‘Rumi could not become learned or enlightened until he accepted the authority of Shams.’ In his quest for Truth Man has been plagued by a dichotomy, a schizophrenia of duties. His socalled religious institutions with their codes of morality, social ethics, and catechisms of dogmas profess one thing; while Man lives a hypocritical life. The simple reason is that these ‘mafias of the soul’ demand the unnatural and impossible from Man. And when he fails, he is condemned; guilt arises. Man is thus easily manipulated by the priests and politicians. For the recovery of the Truth, these bastard traditions, and criminals against humanity must be categorically abandoned; and simple meditation be explored. Meditation is one; its paths are many. Each individual must explore himself his own way. Without this exploration or rather ‘imploration’ (inner exploration), the quest for Truth is a vain endeavour doomed to failure, frustration and New Age Mania. We invite you to come and journey with us into the realm of meditation and self-transformation. Dance your way to God Properly coordinated dance movements can become the way to God. GOD IS CREATOR NOT A MANUFACTURER!
D
ance is one of the easiest ways to reach the ultimate reality. Almost all the traditions have emphasized dance. But dance has not been explored as the way to God as yet in Hinduism. The reason being, Hinduism does not seek enlightenment. It is not the tradition of enlightenment. The tradition takes you up to devotion wherein the aspirant envisions, imagines of the lord of his being. Those who have reached to the ultimate through this way are not still considered enlightened. Though, they are. They have dissolved their being into ultimate. The ultimate has happened. Mira, Ramkrishna, Tukaram, Namdev, Nanak, Kabir, Chaitanya are a few among a large number. It was Kabir a 14th century mystic who first spoke of the two shore of inward journey in one of his compositions and that too after 30 years of time gap between the two events. It was he who introduced the concept of enlightenment in Bhakti movement. The two examples Kabir gives through his composition are first the drop dissolves in the ocean. This is first shore. Thirty years later he completed the couplet by saying the ocean has become the drop. These are the two shores of enlightenment. Kabir’s teaching has a blend of Sufism and Hindu Bhakti movement and he is considered as rebel as far as his teachings are concerned. He could say so. Otherwise in Hindu Bhakti movement there is no mention of enlightenment directly. Shaivites, Vaishnavites, Sufis all have given importance to dance. All the dances of India evolved around temples and are considered as religious dances. Hindu God Shiva is considered as the king of dance or ‘Nataraja’. This is shaivite
tradition. And Krishna is called the ‘Natvar Vapu’ one who the master of the art forms including dance. This is Vaishnavite tradition. These are age old traditions. These dances exhibit many moods and bhavas. It is said whenever Shiva is enraged because of the atrocities of a demon a particular drum rhythm begins followed by dance. To support these Strotas and compositions are also created. The famous Shiva Tandava Strotam composed by demon king Ravana and the Tandava Dance of Shiva is famous dance form. Like this there are other forms of Shiva dances. Krishna who is the known as Vaishnavite God is called ‘Natvar Vapu’. May cantos in Srimad Bhagwatam are dedicated to this. Look at the appearance of Krishna. Blue color of the skin, a different shade of bluish-green hue of the feather in his crown, yellow color of his short apparel and other parts of his apparel are all very odd as far as dress code and the color combination is concerned. Yet still these oddities please the viewers. And create ripples in the minds of the viewers. This represents the aspect of unity in diversity. Also it takes the devotee into the deeper realm of communion. This is the aspect of ‘Natvar Vapu’. Krishna’s famous dance of ‘Kaliya Mardan’ with Krishna dancing on the fang of the deadly Cobra King of the river Yamuna symbolizes the ‘Dance of transcendence of energy’ from the lower mooladhar to sahasrar. The custodians of Hindu religion – the priests, and mahants know nothing of such insights and not only that their interest in on the sale of religion, continue overlooking such things that can transform the lives of the aspirants.
There is a great danger in that – and the danger is the loss of business of poojas. Dance therefore is an important and spontaneous way to express various moods and bhavas. It is a way of catharsis and also the way to express inner joy and ecstasy. A properly coordinated dance movements can become the way to God. With the passage of time the religious significance of these dance forms is lost and it has become a source of entertainment. Hindu dance form was never used as the way of enlightenment. All such dance forms that once evolved within the temple precincts have now remained mere source of entertainment, cultural performances, and consorts alone. In Sufi traditions singing, dance etc was prohibited in the beginning. Only in Chistiyah tariqat the sama of singing, called qawwali was allowed. However it was the 13th century mystic Jalaluddin Rumi brought a new trend in inward journey. Rumi danced for 36 hours continuously. It was a simple whirling dance. No steps no special gesture simply standing on one spot he went on whirling just like little children. One begins to feel dizzy. As Rumi continued whirling standing on one spot he became like the axle that remains fixed and the wheel goes on revolving. He became the center of the cyclone. He became aware of that which never changes within. After 36 hours of continuous dancing Rumi fell down and became enlightened. This is how it happened to Rumi. This does not mean that it can happen to others as well the same way. But human mind makes institutions and traditions out of such happenings. In each such acts one thing that remains common is awareness. Rumi was aware of all that was happening within. But the whirling dervishes who go on following such traditions follow many unnatural acts to bring that state.
It is something like a woman getting pregnant. As a result of pregnancy certain biological changes take place. These changes are the outcome of inner change. This does not mean the reverse will also be true. At the end of the stipulated pregnancy time a child is born. This does not mean by bringing those visible apparent signs like big belly etc one can become pregnant. Pregnancy is the outcome of inner change in the biology. So too, when someone goes deep in meditation his brain waves change. These can be recorded. Now the reverse cannot be true. You cannot bring those brain waves and think that the person will be meditative. Meditation is the cause and change in the brain wave patterns is the effect. So too biological interaction of ovum and sperm is the cause of pregnancy and all other changes are the effects. Cause and effects are not reversible. You cannot use the effects as the cause. But this is what goes on happening in all the paths and the traditions that evolve around an enlightened one. The moment the flower is gone the lesser minds and the business minds start making traditions around all such things and in the process the sanctity is lost. In the process we forget or do not want to remember that it is the awareness or moment to moment mindfulness that can make any simple act become the source of enlightenment. If you are aware and mindful then a leaf falls from the tree; water goblet breaks; a blade of grass being tossed with the wind suddenly settles on the ground etc. can make you enlightened that very moment. Then you do not have to whirl. God is called the greatest CREATOR. Try to understand the essence of this word CREATOR. God is not Henry Ford who goes on manufacturing identical cars on assembly line. Manufacturing is not creativity. GOD is CREATOR not MANUFACTURER.

What is the reason that your grace has assumed a different form? Why can’t I feel that? Everything is the same but you are missing. Mind laments. Then all of a sudden grace dawns as understanding from deep within. And the disciple sings that the form of grace is different today. The master’s presence is subtle. He is among us in a different garb. Then why is it not visible mind wonders? Use your inner vision. No realm is from the presence of the master.

eath is always close by. Death is the only certainty. It is almost like your shadow. It follows you like a shadow. You may be aware, or not aware, but it follows you from the first moment of your life to the very last. Death is a process just as life is a process. They are almost together, just like two wheels of a bullock cart. Life cannot exist without death; neither can death exist without life. Our minds have an insane desire. We want only life and not death. We do not even look at the existential truth. And we continue cling to our own insane desire. Any desire that goes against nature is insane. Such desire is in almost every living creature, not only human beings. Even the trees are afraid of death, but trees can be forgiven. They are not conscious. They are only unconscious – fast asleep. But you are a little bit awake: you can sense the presence of death. Hence the possibility opens
for a deeper understanding, that life and death are all together. And exist as two extremes of one energy – the Ultimate. Life is the active force and death is the inactive force. Life is the positive electricity and death is the negative charge, but they cannot be separated. Those who are aware know that death is possible at any moment. The very next moment you may be gone – this awareness is going to help you to live this moment as deeply as possible, because death can cut your roots without informing you, that „I am coming.‟ It simply comes. You know only when it has happened. And you do not even know when it comes because then you have no way to know this. But it is not the greatest misery. The greatest misery is when there was the opportunity, you did not live and you went on postponing. Life is an opportunity.
Death is the end of the rope. If you understand death your life will become intense and total. But instead of understanding death, you become overwhelmed by it. Hence the heart starts trembling with fear. And fear is not going to help at all. This fear is going to cloud your mind even more. Out of fear, understanding never comes. And you simply remain unconscious. So whenever you feel fear, or fear grips you it is a tremendous opportunity to understand that life is momentary. It is ephemeral. It is made of the same stuff as dreams are made of. How real the dream is when you are asleep? In fact, during sleep dream looks more real than your experiences when you are awake. You may never have thought about it. But while you are awake you can doubt: “Perhaps what I am seeing may be just a dream.” I may be a dream, you may be a dream, this whole communion may be happening just as a dream. Soon you will be awake and you will wonder, “My God! It was just a dream.” There is every possibility for you to doubt the reality that surrounds you. But when you are asleep, you cannot even doubt the existence of the dream. Dream looks so real. It is more real than reality. Have you ever doubted any dream, thinking that perhaps what you are seeing is a dream? The moment you doubt the existence of a dream, you are awake, and the dream immediately vanishes. The dream can exist only if you are totally asleep, so deep that no doubt, can arise in you. However to those who have understood life and death as nothing but two aspects of one reality, the dream and the so-called reality of your waking consciousness are not basically different. Just as in the morning you wake up and the dream is no more. So too one day in death you wake up into another reality and all that was real up to then – for seventy years – becomes just a dream. Not even a trace of it remains anywhere in your consciousness.
Death is a constant reminder that, “I can come any moment. Be prepared.” And what is the preparation for death? The preparation requires to live life so totally, so intensely, and so aflame with it that when death comes there is no complaint. With total awareness you merge into its vastness. You are absolutely ready because you have lived life so totally. You have known all its mysteries. There is no point in living anymore. Death has come exactly at the right time, when you may have thought to die yourself. Such a death is perfect which comes at the moment when you yourself may have thought, “It is enough.” It is time for me to leave. All the masters have exhibited this. As we approach the month of January we are entering a new aura. This is the month when the rebel Master Osho took Samadhi and thus entered Mahaparinirvana 20 years ago on Jan 19th 1990 and Naqshbandi Sufi Master Brij Mohan Lal entered Samadhi 55 years ago on Jan 17th 1955. Death comes and you understand that life has been lived totally. So now there is no point to go on breathing, waking and sleeping unnecessarily. You know nothing new is going to happen. Now everything is past and there is no future. In such a moment, death is a welcome guest. That very moment the master enters death knowingly and willingly. This conscious entry into death‟s mystery is Samadhi. So unless you are ready to welcome death, know well that you have missed life. Those who feel sad and fear death are the people who have missed the train. But in our unconsciousness, we are all continuously missing the train. The train is moving every moment, just in front of you, but somehow you go on missing and wait to take the next ride. But as long as you are alive, the possibility of death is absolutely certain. Only the timing is not certain. But the happening is absolutely certain. What does it matter whether you die after seven
days or seven years or seventy years? One thing is certain: that you are going to die. Life is not something that you can go on missing. Otherwise at the moment of death, you will feel the greatest misery, pain, and the deepest agony. This agony arises from the fact that you have missed the opportunity that was given to you. However the existence gives abundantly. It is not miserly. You are just not alert enough to use the opportunity to transform yourself into something immortal, and eternal. You have missed entering into some experience which will make you beyond the reach of death. Just fearing death is not going to help. If you see that death is following you, it is time to start searching deeper into yourself for that point which is beyond death. Hindus have called that point Satchitanand – the truth of your being, the ultimate consciousness of your life and the tremendous blessing of your coming to flower.
How to discover that which never dies – the Satchitanand is to dissolve all that is false in you. And the ultimate of this falseness is your tiny ego and its fear of dying. Dissolve into deep harmony with the one who has attained to this. This harmony is the source of your joy, not any unknown source. This harmony is the source of your infinite joy, and this harmony is also the source of your deep feeling of love for the master. It is not something unknown. It is something very clear. You have to be more conscious of it. Certainly then this clarity will give you all the clues to things that continues to happen in your being. But you do not know from where they come, and where they are going. Everything seems to be a misunderstanding. But out of harmony, love, joy, and celebration arises understanding.
A silent call beckons the weary traveller into the dismal cave of gloom and despair. His heart in shambles, his emotions mute. Forlorn and defeated he drags forward into the dark frightening hole. Like a corpse he falls into a slumber - a protective sheet from the harsh reality of life. Life that has left him broken and torn like flesh from a prey by vultures. His soul longs to be freed from the prison of the body. His heart ceased pulsating with the rhythm of life long ago. Only his memory carried him this far in life’s sojourn, aimlessly wandering through valleys and meadows in search of life’s real treasure. A mystical beauty lured him into the trap of love and stole his peace and rest. Desolate and despondent he roamed hither and thither to seek solace. Alas, weak and faint he heard the call from the serpent’s lair. From deep slumber he awoke only to recall the dreadful pangs of separation. Hopelessly he opened his eyes to the blinding light of reality that has cheated him of joy and happiness. A ray of light shone like a beacon through the walls of the dungeon. Perhaps in some distant shore the beloved lay awake with his name like a mantra on her lips. “Forgive me Life; I have strayed from my destiny. I shall now continue to seek the beloved with optimistic faith along this pathless journey. Alone I must travel, no friend to comfort my wounds and encourage my steps. Only a silent song keeps me company and lifts my soul beyond the realms of animal passions and human lust into the placenta of a divine romance.”
LOTUS from the MOON – an upcoming publication by Swami Anand Neelambar
December 11 is Osho’s birth anniversary. The disciples and friends will be celebrating the birthday of their beloved Master who was never born.
death of those enlightened ones who attained to the space of ‘Eternal Now’ are reminders to us to meditate and move into this inner space timeless.
Osho left his body on 19 January and this date will be celebrated as Osho Mahotsav of 20th Mahaparinirvana day. It will be now 20 years since he left his body. He simply left the body this day. However when he was not born then how he can die. An enlightened one after this experience knows that which is never born and never dies within. A taste of that which is never born and never dies is enlightenment. And the master lives with this awareness.
Here I would like to include one of Osho’s letters to Ma Sohan, living in Pune. He wrote this letter to her over four decades ago. Beloved Sohan, If you want to attain the divine, learn to die. Have you not seen that when the seed dies, it becomes a tree?
It is really befitting to celebrate the birthday and death day of someone who is never born and never died. An enlightened master, while he is in the body, lives in such a way as if he is not there. He does not exist as an ego. He does not exist in time either. And this is the criterion that he is never born. For him there is only an Eternal Now.
Someone went to visit a Baul mystic. He was absorbed in singing his song. Neither his eyes seemed to be seeing this world, nor did it feel as if his soul was present. He was somewhere else – in some other world, in some other form. When his song stopped, and it seemed his consciousness was returning, the visitor asked, “How do you feel liberation can be attained?” The sweet-spoken mystic said. “Only by means of death!”
Before leaving the body, Osho told us: Never talk of me in the past tense. Being in the Eternal Now is his reality. Indeed this is what makes it worth celebrating. The birth and death anniversaries are for all of us who live a life of unconsciousness with no meaning. Therefore birth and
I said this to someone yesterday. He asked, “By death?” I said, “Yes, by death while living. Only one who dies to everything else, awakens and becomes alive to the divine.” There is no art greater than learning to die while living. I call that art: MEDITATION.

Do not think of Enlightenment just as an inner experience alone. In the beginning it is an inner experience. Then slowly bring it into your outer life. This is what I have been telling you every day. Remember whatever you experience in meditation sessions never think the work is over. The experience that happens in meditation has to be relived and present in your day – to – day affairs and life. Know this as ‘The Secrets of Spiritual Life.’

TTAAOOSSH HOOBBUUDDDDH HAA The word Taoshobuddha comes from three words, ‘tao,’ ‘sho,’ and ‘Buddha’. The word Tao was coined by the Chinese master, Lau Tzu. It means that which is and cannot be put into words. It is unknown and unknowable. It can only be experienced and not expressed in words. Its magnanimity cannot be condensed into finiteness. The word Sho implies, that which is vast like the sky and deep like an ocean and carries within its womb a treasure. It also means one on whom the existence showers its blessings. And lastly the word Buddha implies the Enlightened One; one who has arrived home. Thus, Taoshobuddha implies one who is existential, on whom the existence showers its blessings and one who has arrived home. The Enlightened One!

EXCERPT THE SECRETS OF SPIRITUAL LIFE
Preface
S
piritual Life is the outcome of a beautiful heart overflowing bliss and harmony. ‘The Secrets of Spiritual Life’ starts with inner beauty and manifests itself in form of thoughts, words and deeds that can transform baser into precious. How to live a Spiritual Life? There is only one thing to understand – how to remove the separation between “me” and “God”. This separation is the cause of duality and the primary obstruction in oneness. When you have completely surrendered yourself to God, no questions or doubts remain. Everything becomes serene, calm, and quiet and awareness springs forth. Then the flower of inner beauty blossoms and takes form of a Spiritual Life. The external Spiritual Life springs from inner beauty – there is no other way to realizing the truth and to live a true life. Only those who have inner beauty can say: “I know The Secrets of Spiritual Life” The one, who knows the secrets of the higher value of life and the secret value of life, is blessed from within with a rare right understanding of a specific signification. Totality of living HUMAN TRANSFORMATION SERIES

comes from inner beauty alone. The reflection from within is seen in your outward actions and understanding. If your actions do not have its root in inner beauty, they are all fake and void. Even if people adore you for your good deeds, in front of God they are all meaningless. Actions done by pious egoist is worth nothing. Only the one who has removed the separation between “me” and “God” is blessed with inner beauty and the knowledge of the Spiritual Life. The Spiritual Life begins within your own heart and spreads throughout your whole being and finally takes the forms of actions and words. Just like the tree of wisdom flourishes with delicious fruits. This happens because of the nourishment it receives through the roots. Without the nourishment from the roots the tree will not and cannot bring forth fruits. There are numerous types of trees in this world. You will know a tree by its fruits. If the tree gives bitter fruits it is because the tree is of that kind, but if the tree give sweet fruits the tree is of another kind. Hot chili comes from a chili plant, and sweet mango comes from a mango tree. In the same way that you can know a tree by its fruits, you can also know a person by his words and actions. Inner beauty assumes the form of inspiring thoughts, words and deeds, whereas inner ugliness assumes the form of bitter thoughts, words and deeds. Even if beautiful words come from an unclean heart it has a bitter after taste, which spoils all the beauty in the words. Even a drop of sour lime, will spoil the whole glass of milk. If you speak with a true heart there will be radiation; it will have its effect on others. The words may be the same as used by others, but they will have different charge in them. Unless you live up to what you preach in your own practical living, words will have no effects on others. A gram of practice speaks louder than a ton of theory and empty words. A conscious person’s words are silent but potent in actions, speaking through his life inspires many to yearn for ‘The Secrets of Spiritual Life.’ By being around such a true soul your own consciousness will start to develop and the inner beauty start to grow within you? Spirituality is like an infection going from one heart to another heart and no power can undo with it. So by being in the company of such a true person (with inner beauty) you must get this injection of Spirituality. How can you come in contact with sandalwood without getting the smell? If you don’t get the smell it is because it is not real sandalwood. So if no positive change is made at level of consciousness, this person speaks only empty words and he has no inner beauty at level of heart. Taoshobuddha is such a beautiful being whose inner beauty expresses as sweet words. His words have the power to transform the reader and to reveal ‘The Secrets of Spiritual Life.’ It was during such a coincident that my attention was caught by the charm of Taoshobuddha and his use of sweet words that can transform your being into awareness of the beautiful moment of now. His words were not only sweet but also pregnant with meaning, which revealed the entire secret of how to live a Spiritual Life practically in your daily life. HUMAN TRANSFORMATION SERIES

Everything you do in your daily life can be transformed into meditation. It all started in this way and it was in that way I learned to know Taoshobuddha. By a coincidence I had found one of his free scripts on the Internet. In this scripture there was mentioning of Lalaji, (Naqshbandi Sufi Ram Chandra, 18731931) a Sufi saint who lived in the beginning of the 20th century, who I did know and admire for his beautiful spiritual writings. I discovered that Taoshobuddha was a relative of Lalaji and that caught my attention. I doubted before writing but decided at last to send him a mail. In my spiritual quest my intention was to send a mail with some few questions and from his answer I would get an indication of his spiritual competency and his inner state, since you can know a person’s spiritual development through his words and understanding. I didn’t know at that moment what it would lead to in the future. I waited on his response. I had sent letters and mail to other spiritual persons before, but no one gave a reply in such a way as Taoshobuddha did. His words were so sweet and potent with meaning as if he had used magic words, which spellbound the receiver. The magic wizard makes wonder. By touch alone, by the magic wand, his words turned into life and transformed me to another realm. He did, not only answer my questions but he also answered my being and inner quest. He sent the mail from Trinidad and Tobago and I opened the mail at the very same minute in Sweden. Physical distance is not an obstruction for heart to HUMAN TRANSFORMATION SERIES

heart communication. Communication at level of heart transcends all the physical barriers and becomes ‘communion’. It speaks the language of Love and uses the words of silence. It is the silent communication between the words. He started his reply with these words: “A master, or sheikh, or buddha does not really answer the questions instead he responds the questioning mind. Because only when the questioning minds attain to silence inward journey gets impetus! In responding to your question a master always responds to the questioning mind and even the unasked question. The response of a master is a devise for transformation….” And then he answered all my questions from a different angle. And from that moment we established a regular contact. In the beginning I used to ask about spiritual matters and he gave his responses. After a while I started to put some questions even about daily life situations and his visions opened a new dimension about how to implement Spirituality into the ordinary daily life. How to transform each act in one’s daily life into mediation, thus, I learned! I asked question such as what emotions is and how does the emotions arise in us, how is a wish created in the mind and how to stop and cut this process at the root, and what about relationships? The outcome of these talks is the seed to this book. This knowledge of how to live a spiritual life is now put before you in this book. So read these pages carefully and with awareness

because they contain the treasures of how to transform your daylily life into a Spiritual Life. I had come in contact with many saints of different levels before, but Taoshobuddha was the very first one to teach me how to implement Spirituality into the daily living and how to transform any act into mediation. Only one saint that I met before Taoshobuddha charmed me and stole my heart as well. The Saint from Nag Kalan used to visit me in Sweden every summer from the year of 1992 until he left the body in 1995. Never had he worked as a master, but he served, as a servant should. He gave me the gift of same drops from his right understanding. Taoshobuddha gave me some drop of his insights how to transform everything in your life into spirituality. They were both the flowers in the garden of saints. One is a rose flower and the other a jasmine flower. They both spread the fragrance and beauty of spirituality. They both gave it for free, as any other gift of God is free. As much as sunlight and air, other gifts of God are also free. In the garden of saints, just like a perfume shop, the fragrant smell is for free. I did always have the inner quest for God. Even so I lived in a spiritual dessert of West; my thoughts went to God from the very start of life. Since the beginning of time, man has always wondered about his Origin; who he is, from where he came and where he is going. And so did me, even from the early childhood. The struggle and yearning to know your true heritage is natural and innate in your soul, it is your Source from within your own heart calling you back home. HUMAN TRANSFORMATION SERIES

This struggle and search for God stole my heart and my whole life and first the answers came as negations, neither here and nor there, until God finally send me to the garden of saints containing two beautiful flowers. The journey of spiritual awareness is unique and individual. It cannot be a social happening. It is full of events and diversions all along. All these seem to move us from one state of consciousness to another. You look here and there along the path not knowing exactly what is it that you are searching for. But you continue to hope that somewhere, somehow you will receive the help along the path. Not this! Not that becomes your comparison. This makes your search even more intense. And then suddenly one day while looking for road signs, an incredible road map comes in your hands. A guide to human consciousness! One who knows where the pearls of wisdom are. Or where diamonds of truth could be found? Such a master brings together all the fragrances released from times immemorial by numerous flowerings of human consciousness. Lau Tzu is a flower! So is Buddha! So is Jesus! So is Krishna! So is Mohammed! So is Kabir! So is Mira! But now you have to melt all such fragrances into one – cosmic or universal fragrance. Only then for the first time man will be (true) religious. Yet not divided. All one! Full of grace! Full of beauty! Simply a silence! Know this as The Secrets of Spiritual Life. The Secrets of Spiritual Life and how to use it in your daily life is now for the very first time revealed in this book to who so ever reads it. This book is a unique happening. never be a book like this again. The water in the river will only flow under the bridge once. Once it passes it will never passes again. God’s creation is a unique happening. I am therefore tremendously blessed for this one and only opportunity to present these talks of Taoshobuddha. I knew no joy when one day after the meditation session Taoshobuddha asked me to edit ‘The Secrets of Spiritual Life’. Being a Swedish Born I began with doubts in my capabilities as English is not my native language. However with trust in the master’s words I began the work and the result is in your hands, The Secrets of Spiritual Life as the expression of inner beauty and oneness. Trust the unknown and with trust the mysteries of the unknown will unfold itself. In this process you grow inwardly as well. To flow in harmony with life is The Secrets of Spiritual Life. When living according to those higher and secret values of life, then suddenly even the hidden value of life is revealed to you. Once the hidden value of life is revealed you know the entire secrets of the universe and you live in accordance to the Divine Will of God. It all starts within your own heart at the level of Soul. Since this knowledge is beyond the knowledge of intellect. This knowledge can only be found at the level of Soul. The Secrets of Spiritual Life starts from within with a transformation of your consciousness. In this process assistance came from many quarters. Some of these need to be acknowledged. No words can express my feelings for God through Taoshobuddha for this opportunity. All along the completion of this book I remained an instrument. HUMAN TRANSFORMATION SERIES

Even now when the work is finished I am amazed at the contents. Without Taoshobuddha this book would not have existed. His only source of knowledge is the Divine inspiration. Thus Divine inspiration and Taoshobuddha is therefore the true author of this book. I am thankful to Hemant Moghe, another beautiful being from Mumbai India who not only read the script in its initial stages, and nourished the text with his suggestion but has also written the foreword for this book. All his suggestion has proved valuable assets for the book. I am also thankful to my co-meditators every Saturday, Sunday, and Monday from different part of the world and time zones to allow me to ask the questions during these sessions. In particular I am thankful to Prem Sutra and Dhyan Yatri from Trinidad, Rishi Bhatia from Boston, ArunPrem RajaSingh from Channai, India. Their patience at such live session with Taoshobuddha has helped me to seek responses from Taoshobuddha which are now in your hands as ‘The Secrets of Spiritual Life’. And finally I am thankful to my Specials thank to Anand Neelamber who has made the cover design and graphics to this book. Indeed he is the secret wizard carrying the magic wand that makes dead pictures and sound becoming alive. This is what he do - video, sound and photo enhancements. He learned from own experience and is self-taught. But he transports you to a mystical world with the music blend together that create a ‘chaotic harmony’. If you listen to the meditations talk by Taoshobuddha on YouTube.Com, the background music can be heard by the touch of the magic HUMAN TRANSFORMATION SERIES

wand of Anand. He is the Chief Editor of ‘Meditation Times’ a monthly E – Magazine. It would be proper to say that it is Anand who gave the present form to ‘Meditation Times’, an idea given by Taoshobuddha. Never have I forgotten my Father who was my first teacher of love with his humble nature and my mother who gave me birth so I could be here in human form and complete the spiritual journey. And finally I am thankful to my beloved wife and life companion Arasteh for her love and support during late night sessions after office and regular routine house work when I had to devote time for the work. Without any resentment she supported me throughout this project. At times I had to translate whatever I wrote for her in the native language of Sweden. It was indeed a joy of a different quality working on this project. As the work comes to an end there is a joy that the work is now in your hands. And I am sure as you stumble here and there along the pages of this book you will definitely find certain jewels as The Secrets of Spiritual Life’ just as I have discovered these for you as process of my eternal quest. At the same time I feel sad that this journey has come to end. However with my trust and sincerity in the Almighty I am sure more such opportunities will be bestowed my way. And finally I pray to Almighty for giving me this opportunity to serve Him through His creation. And I will feel even happier if through this message even a single person finds

There so much more that all these fragments could not be put into one volume. Lars has presented these fragments in such a sequential order that this will help the reader in bringing a new shape and direction to his inner and outer life. In his eternal quest Lars journeyed to many places and shrines. His wife being a native of Persia, the land of Jalaluddin Rumi and Hafiz, along the journey he visited the shrine of Rumi. There he met Sheikh Nazim Adil of Naqshbandi Haquini order and many others. A 20th century Naqshbandi Sheikh Ram Chandra RA ( Lala ji) attracted his attention the most and he developed instant affinity. Being far away in a country that he calls a spiritual desert Lars grew like an Oasis of Spirituality. When Lars came to me he had inner preparation. Of this he was unaware. It was shadowed. The clouds needed to be removed for sun to shine. Still more work is needed to be done before the moments of Satori (in Zen Buddhism, a state of spiritual enlightenment that is a spiritual objective, a window to enlightenment) explode into Enlightenment. Lars is on path. With his sincerity, trust and aspiration certainly it will happen one day. His inward journey continues in many ways. Soon he will present the continuation of ‘The Secrets of Spiritual Life’ from a different plane of consciousness. I will continue to overflow in many ways so that new man is born out of you. The new man who is the blend of inner and outer! nd God said; Let us make man in our image, after our likeness” (Genesis 1-26)
God created man in his image, but man forgot his true nature – the Divinity within and with-out. We are so intoxicated that we have forgotten our true identity. We identify ourselves by the parameters such sex, man or woman, body, young or old, fat or lean, tall or short, by our profession, either a senior or a junior in rank, by the family, society, also by the state of mind, angry or agitated or calm etc etc etc. These are the multi layered clothing we put on ourselves which are so skin fit that resultantly we falsely identify ourselves with the layer instead of our true self – “in the image of God”. We limit our Infinite consciousness by finite attributes. This false identity creates so much of confusion within and with-out that we are not at peace within. We are always agitated and dissatisfied. We are dissatisfied either with ourselves or with the world. Peace seems to become distant entity. The inner turmoil colors our perception of external world. And so much battered and tired of maintaining our wrong identity, we set HUMAN TRANSFORMATION SERIES

ourselves on the journey to seek peace which we have lost somewhere in the jungle of confusion. This quest for the true identity is Sadhana. Sadhana is to regain Peace – realize Divinity in inner as well as in outer world - everywhere – always- all the time – at each finite moment. One of the prerequisites of the journey to true self is to drop all the excess baggage. Unless we drop the heavy luggage and become light, we cannot walk even one step forward. This is precisely Taoshobuddha opens with his Secrets of Spiritual Life. But this search is not as easy as a journey to a known destination. We are so intoxicated by the wine of Maya – illusion that we cannot find the path; leave apart the goal. Even if we find the right path, we cannot know whether it is the path. We, then try to find out clues from philosophical books, biographies of illuminated beings and so on. But these, we find confusing. It seems to us, that, each one is trying to tell us something different (although in essence it is not). Since the mind is not mature enough to understand the essence – the ONENESS or advaita, we find that everything is contradicting every other thing. This is the stage, where one is anxiously looking for some help, some guidance, and some clue. Lars Jensen has very lucidly described his journey to quench his inner thirst. This is the process. This is the preparation. The inner preparation makes way for the Master. Master will arrive only when the DISCIPLE is ready.

What does the master do? Master does not do anything. It is the grace of the master that does everything. It dissolves the duality, the mistaken identity. What would happen when duality vanishes – The realization of ONE NESS will come - The ONENESS of inner and outer worlds, the ONENESS of individual and the Cosmos and the Creator. Everything will merge into one Eternal, Omnipotent and Omniscient Existence of THAT IS - Aum Tat Sat! The realization will be that Ishavasyamidam Sarvam – Creator is all that there is! The realization of Sat-Chid-Ananda. I consider myself very fortunate to have come in contact with Taoshobuddha. Taoshobuddha is blessed with the art of finding the inner beauty – the essence. He is such a beautiful person from within that his each expression manifests inner beauty. Words seem to flow like a torrential rain of blissful existence. Looking back I sometimes feel our acquaintance which blossomed into a beautiful friendship was a perfect gift to me from Masters. Our casual exchange of messages by email resulted ultimately into working on a mission. This was an opportunity for me to know Taoshobuddha even more closely. Every communication we had expressed nothing but his inner Beauty, Harmony and Peace. His words carry the power to create an inner, melodious symphony – a symphony where the body and mind sing in unison the Song of the Soul. I would like to quote a line from the abhanga (a spiritual poem) of Sant Dnyaneshwar, a 13th century yogi, philosopher, saint and poet from Maharashtra, India, which sings, “Santaanche Sangati Manomaarge Gati Aakalaavaa Shripati Yene Panthe” – Seek the company of the auspicious. For, in the HUMAN TRANSFORMATION SERIES
Page 23

company of saints – the auspicious, mind is inclined to tread the path to God realization. Inner harmony happens spontaneously with such connection with the auspicious – the Master – the Buddha. Let us, therefore, in the company of Taoshobuddha seek the path to eternal bliss. Lars Jensen is a wonderful being. His purity of heart is reflected in his sincere words soaked with his feelings. He has wonderfully described his anxiety for search for a way within. He also beautifully describes the end of anxiety after meeting a master. This is 'happening' - an event one aspires to happen in his life. The entire book is like a wonderful catechism between ‘two’ merged in ‘oneness’ to become one. I therefore wish to remain a honeybee silently enjoying its beauty and nectarine honey of this advait flower. I have purposefully not commented or elaborated the content so that the reader can enjoy the beauty with unprejudiced mind. The process thus begins. Bonne appétit! Love! Now found him in front of his eyes! Eyes are overflowing with joy. Insatiable quest is fulfilled now! His eternal beloved asked him now to return and share all that He has filled him with. JAPJI SAHIB (the first chapters in the Sikh Scriptures composed by Nanak) is the first offering of Nanak to humanity. After this communion with his beloved JAPJI IS THE FIRST WORDS THAT EVOLVED OUT OF NANAK! JAPJI IS THE ECSTASY OF NANAK! NOTHING IS MORE SUBLIME IN THE MESSAGE OF NANAK THAN JAPJI! This is a story. And I say this is a story. Try to understand its symbols. Until you disappear, there can be no Communion. This is a paradox! Until you disappear! And if I disappear then who will meet! Who will be in front of God! This is the paradox. This you need to understand. You are not what you ought to be. You are not one. You are divided. There is utter confusion and conflict within. You cannot see that a seed is a flower. All this happens because of the false centre – Ego. So when I say until you disappear it refers to the disappearance of ego. Ego has to dissolve. Only then your real face will appear. And remember this is the first criterion. How does this ego disappears it matters not. It is insignificant whether you disappear in the river, or mountains or forests. None of these really matter. What really matters is that you disappear. Where and how you disappear matters not. Your very presence is the obstruction. You are the china wall. This is the reason why the story says that Nanak disappeared in the river. So you too have to disappear. Your ego has to vanish. This takes minimum three days. This is the reason when someone dies Hindus celebrate ‘Teesara’ or the ‘Three day ceremony’. For the process of death to complete minimum it takes three days. That much time is needed. So too ego never dies instantaneously. Slowly and slowly it dissolves. And it takes three days. This is the reason there is a gap of three days. Nanak disappeared in the river for three days. Nanak remained in the river for three days. Ego dissolved completely. Man exists as HUMAN TRANSFORMATION SERIES
Page 26

ego alone. Ego feels happy, sad, etc. All that you do is the outcome of ego. This happens until ego dissolves completely. Thereafter a new journey begins. Family, friends, and relatives can only see ego. If you are not operating as ego you do not have any existence. Sometimes you would have observed this happening to you as well. We do not have the eyes to see the soul. So it was considered that Nanak drowned or died. Whenever one begins the inward journey he becomes futile for the outer world. Now he is no more. He does not behave as you are. There is a discontinuity. Past is no more. New is now born. This is the reason that the story has the gap of three days. The symbol of three days! Three days after Nanak returned. On the inward path whoever begins the journey will certainly returns. But returns as refurbished, as new, as reborn! Certainly whoever moves on this path ultimately returns to the world of beings. Certainly he returns to share all that he has experienced through this commune. On his way he was thirsty. His quench is satiated now. He was a beggar while he was going. But he returns as an emperor. Emperor not of the outer but of the inner! He is now connected to an unfathomable ocean of bliss. This is the beginning of ‘The Secrets of Spiritual Life.’ Notes: [God is in all of us, but all are not in Him. As long as you are affected by Ego you are not in God. you are, God is not! Therefore hide yourself and exposes God. Sufi Lalaji expressed it in very beautifully words: ‘God has hidden himself inside your hearts and exposed you. Hide yourselves and expose God! This is the real spiritual practice.’ Ego is separated from the whole and thinks it has a separated existent. But God is One. He is not two or many. There is only one doer in the entire creation, which is God. Ego means that you think yourself as the doer and you have to bear the reactions (Karma). With the reactions misery is created. Serve as a servant should and be a messenger or Conscious Co-Worker of the Divine Plan and be free from the reactions (Karma). Ego will only go away when you see (by inner experiences) the God Power above all working - controlling the entire Universe and even controlling you in the body - then your ego will go. But that is an act of His grace towards you. It is His work, not yours. Your work is to sit at His door (leading to the inner worlds) as a beggar and wait for it to open by His grace. ] ... eloved friends I love you. Love is my message. Love is my
being. Love is the communion. Love is oneness. Love is harmony both within and without. Love is bliss. Let it be your message too. Love is my color and my climate. To me, love is the only religion. All else is just unnecessary and therefore can be discarded. All else is nothing but dreams. A mental game! Love is the only substantial thing in life! All else is illusion. Let love grow in you and then God in you will be growing on its own accord. If you miss love you will miss God and all. Then life will be misery and despair. There is no way to god without love. There is nothing more sublime than love. God can be forgotten but not love. If love is remembered, God will happen as a consequence. It happens as a consequence. God is the fragrance of love and nothing else. In fact there is no God but only godliness. There is no person like God anywhere. Drop all childish attitudes. Never go on searching for a Father. Divineness is God is no more. When I say divineness is, I mean whatsoever is, is full of God. The entire creation is full of godliness. Only you need eyes to see this. The green of the trees! And the red of the flowers and the golden glow of the rising sun all are divine. A crow crying HUMAN TRANSFORMATION SERIES

and a bird on the wing, a child giggling, and a dog barking all is divine. Nothing else exists. The moment you ask ‘where is God?’ you have raised a wrong question. Because God cannot be indicated anywhere! He is not in any particular direction. He is not a particular thing either. He is not a particular being. God is universality. God is totality. God is hidden in the entire creation. Ask where God is not? Only then you have asked the right question. One of the Hindu scriptures Isa Upanishad begins with a beautiful sutra. To say that it is Hindu scripture is erroneous. Truth is not Hindu or Muslim instead it is cosmic. It begins: ‘The entire cosmos is permeated by ever expanding consciousness or Isa referring to God. It is your realization now. And once you have realized this you can enjoy the fruits of the entire cosmos. Then the entire cosmos belongs to you and you belong to the whole.’ Such is ‘The Secrets of Spiritual Life.’ Therefore for that right question and understanding you will have to prepare the soil of your awareness. If you are not in love, then what can you know about God! Even you (the false identity) have no real existence. I was thinking what should I give to you today? Because this is the dawn of a new awakening! I share with you my love, my awareness, and my understanding now and ever as ‘The Secrets of Spiritual Life.’

Love is the power that makes you merge in union with God. Love is the only way that can take you back Home. Love is the way, the means and the goal in itself.
Paul says in the Bible (1 Corinthians, 13:1-3): “Though I speak with the tongues of men and of angels, and have not charity, I am become as sounding brass, or a tinkling cymbal. And though I have the gift of prophecy, and understand all mysteries, and all knowledge; and though I have all faith, so that I could remove mountains, and have not charity, I am nothing. And though I bestow all my goods to feed the poor, and though I give my body to be burned, and have not charity, it profiteth me nothing.] ... Lars Jensen

ife is a synergistic harmony. Each moment, each action, and everything unfolds into the other thus creating a chain link. Each moment something dissolves into the dark cave from one end. And the next moment from the other end evolves as something new and resurrected. This is life and its process. You are never in harmony with all that is or is happening. Misery is the outcome. To flow with life is The Secrets of Spiritual Life. The day you decide not to ask for things that you like but rather to like things that happen, that day you become mature. You can lifelong keep wanting and seeking what you like through various means – prayers and others. This is what is happening. All your prayers, rituals, are to fulfill your numerous desires. However these make you always miserable. Remember the life and the world does not run according to your likes and dislikes. There is no guarantee that what you want, life also wants that for you. And the gap between two is the measure of your misery and the state of inner growth.

There is no guarantee. There is every possibility that life is destined toward something that you do not know anything about at all. Life takes you towards the unknown and unknowable. Life wants you to trust all that is unknown and unknowable. Life wants you to move from the dimension of the known to unknown. However, the mind seeks and hankers for all that is known. Everything in this world that really happens is guided by a certain principle. You can call it by any name. However, no name can encompass the magnanimity of it. And you are never in harmony with this. Sometimes when the thing you like does happen, you will still not feel very happy. This happens quite naturally. It is so because whatever we demand, we have already lived in fantasy of it. So it is already secondhand. If you say that you would like a certain person to be your lover, then in many dreams and in many fantasies you have already loved that person. And if it happens, then the real person is going to fall short of your fantasy. The person is going to be just a carbon copy, because reality is never as fantastic as fantasy. Then you will be frustrated. So is also the case with your dream house. All the while you have been dreaming this house. In fact you have lived in that house through your fantasy. And when you really get the house it will fall short of your expectations. And you will remain miserable even after you get your dream house. But if you start liking and be in harmony with all that which is happening moment to moment! If you do not impose your own HUMAN TRANSFORMATION SERIES

will against that of the whole, if you simply are in harmony with all that happens, you simply say yes – then you can never be miserable. Because then no matter what happens, you are always in a positive attitude, ready to receive it and enjoy all that existence wants to bestow on you. Notes: [Maturity means accepting life, as it is, rather than complain why life is not going your way. God has no responsibility to fulfil your wishes. Complaining means you criticize God and are not in harmony. Instead welcome the hour of pain as a blessing, because both pain and pleasure comes from God. When it comes from God, why resent it? God knows what is best for your development. God is always with you and takes care of your true needs, but never bothers with the so – called needs and wishes of your mind. If pain is to your benefit, God sends you pain, if pleasure is to your benefit, He sends you pleasure. Both come to you through His Will. Then, why resent it?] ... Lars Jensen

“Life and death are two aspects of existence, simultaneously happening together. Ordinarily, you have been taught to think of death as being against life. Death is not against life -- life is not possible without death. Death is the very ground on which life exists. Death and life are like two wings: the bird cannot fly with one wing, and the being cannot be without death. So the first thing is a clear understanding of what we mean by death. Death is an absolutely necessary process for life to be. It is not the enemy, it is the friend. And it is not there somewhere in the future, it is here, now. It is not going to happen, it has been always happening. Since you have been here it has been with you. With each exhalation it happens -- a little death, a small death -- but because of fear we have put it in the future.
The mind always tries to avoid things which it cannot comprehend, and death is one of the most incomprehensible mysteries. There are only three mysteries: life, death and love. All these three are beyond mind.
OSHO Ancient Music in the Pines, Chapter-8
J. Krishnamurti overflows Jiddu Krishnamurti - We are concerned with life, and with the living of that life every day, with its painful struggles and fleeting pleasures, with its fears, hopes, despair and sorrow, with the aching loneliness and the complete absence of love, with the crude and subtle forms of selfishness, and with the ultimate fear of death. So it is that which directly concerns us and to understand it deeply, with all the passion at our disposal, meditation is the key, but not the meditation given by another, put together by some book, by some philosopher or specialist, because the quality of meditation is very important. The word itself means to ponder over, to think over, to enter deeply into an issue. Meditation then is not how to think or what to do to control the mind so that it becomes quiet and silent, but rather the understanding of all life's problems, so that the beauty of silence comes into being, because without this quality of beauty, life has no significance at all. I do not mean by beauty, the beauty of those mountains, of those trees, the beauty of the light over the water or the bird on the wing, but the beauty in living, to come upon it in your daily life whether you are in the office or at home, when you are walking by yourself communing with nature and the world, because without that beauty life is utterly meaningless. So let us together go into this question, not only objectively, outwardly but also
inwardly. The outward movement is the inward as well, the two are not separate; they are like the outgoing and incoming tide and to understand them, not separate or divided, is the beauty of meditation. Therefore what is required to live totally, in which there is no strife, no contradiction, is balance and harmony, and meditation is the way. Many things are involved in meditation; I hope you are interested in all this because it is one of the most important things to understand. If you do not know how to meditate, how to live - I am afraid most of us lead a very superficial life, going to the office, having a good job, having a family and a home, being entertained either at a cocktail party or at the cinema, and this
we call living - then your life becomes a very dull, empty, shallow affair. Unfortunately modern civilization, especially in this country, is becoming more and more standardized, more superficial. You may have all the luxuries in the world, good food, good houses, good bathrooms, and enjoy good health, but without the inward life, not the second-hand inward life of another, but an inward life of your own, which you have discovered for yourself, which you have cherished, which you are living and which is meditation, then life becomes a very shoddy business; then we shall have more wars, more destruction and more misery; so meditation, whether you like it or not, is absolutely essential for every human being, whatever he is, whether he is highly sophisticated or a simple person by the wayside, so I hope we can enter and take this journey together. Meditation involves concentration, which if one observes it, is a way of exclusion; that is, concentration implies forcing thought in one particular direction and excluding everything else; that is generally what is meant by concentration. You focus and direct the mind upon something and that concentration builds a wall, erects a barrier which prevents any other thought from entering, and in doing that there is a dualistic process at work, a division, a contradiction, which is fairly obvious if you look at it. So meditation is something other than concentration and control of thought although, of course, concentration is necessary. Meditation involves attention, which is not concentration, although
concentration is included in attention. To attend - that means to give your whole mind, your heart and your body passionately to something and in that attention, if you observe very carefully, there is neither the thinker nor the thought, neither the observer nor the observed, but only a state of attention; and to attend so completely, so freely, there must be freedom. Here then is the whole problem: it is only a mind which is totally free that can give complete attention that can attend both intellectually and emotionally, aware of all its responses, from which comes freedom. And this is not so difficult, if you don't give it an extraordinary meaning; it is really very simple. When you listen to anything - whether to music or to the weird cry of the coyotes as they call to each other of an evening, whether to the song of a bird or to the voice of your husband or wife - then give complete attention to it, and you do when the challenge is very great, immediate, then you listen with extraordinary attention. When it is painful or profitable, when you are going to get something out of it, you listen very attentively; but when there is a reward in that listening, there is always the fear of losing. Therefore in attention there is freedom, and only a free mind is capable of that quality of attention in which there is no achieving, no gaining or losing, and no fear. And a quiet, attentive mind is absolutely essential to understand this immense problem of living and come upon that state of love.
Naqshbandi Path And Indian Continent (Reproduced from ‘Maktoobat Sufi Brij Mohan Lal’) I am sending you to a distant land whose very texture is soaked in spirituality. It is the land sanctified, nourished and nurtured by such forces from times immemorial. A land which is ready to explode any path! A land whose very being is not only ready but has the capability to infuse life even in a dead heart.
I am sending you to INDIA.’ Muhammad Khwaja alAmkanaqi (q)
Naqshbandi path evolved in the Middle East region. As the noor was spreading other regions were also prepared. Islamic influence was spreading in the sub-continent. It was for the preparation of the advent of the new millennium that Hazradth Sheikh Mohammad Al Baqi Billah was sent to India. This was the beginning of the tariqat in Indian subcontinent. The land was already soaked in rich spiritual tradition. Just a spark was necessary to set the flame ablaze.
Muhammad Al-Baqi Billah He went to India in the first instance on personal business. There he was attracted to an attraction from God's attraction.
Introduction to Baqi Billah: Hadhrath Baqi Billah is the first Naqshbandi master to settle in India in preparation for the second millennium or the advent of Naqshbandi Sheikh Ahmad Farooqui Al Mujaddadi Alif Thani Sirhindi. ALlah Agr taE)Ik n de #Nsan ke bs ka kam nhI<, )Ejane muhBbt Aam hE #r)ane muhBbt Aam nhI.

ONLY AN ENCHANTED HEART IS FILLED WITH THIS ENERGY –THE SUBLIME AND SANCTIFIED!!!
Birth and Life: He was born in 972 H. in the city of Kabul in the land of Ajam which was a colony of the Sultanate of India. His father was the judge Abdu-s-Salam. He went to India in the first instance on personal business. There he was attracted to an attraction from God's attraction. He left this worldly life behind and sought spiritual knowledge from the Master of the century. He kept company with masters and saints, until he himself became an ocean of intellect and a saint of spirituality.
SHRINE MOHAMMAD AL BAQUI BILLAH PAHAR GANJ, OLD RAILWAY STATION, DELHI, INDIA
He travelled continuously until he reached the city of Samarqand. There he associated himself to the Master of his time, Muhammad Khwaja alAmkanaqi (q). He received from him the Way of the Naqshbandi Order. In a very short time he received what most seekers require a lifetime to receive. He was elevated also through the spiritual care of Ubaidullah al-Ahrar (q). His honor became known everywhere. His sheikh, Muhammad Khwaja al-Amkanaqi, authorized him to take followers and to train them in the conduct of the Order. He ordered him to go back to India. He
predicted, ‘You are going to have a follower who will be like the sun.’ This prediction was for Imam Rabbani Ahmad al-Farooqi (q).
Journey to India and Works: Baqi Billah was the first Naqshbandi master to come to India. Later he settled in New Delhi. His shrine is in old Delhi behind, Pahar Ganj railway station inside the Mohammaden cemetery. Inside anyone can direct you to the shrine. Lucky are those who can pay the visit to the shrine. And those who cannot reach there for such aspirant meditation considering the picture as shrine will work. This is my trust. This work is the link between you and the master. Only you have to be available. His sheikh, Muhammad Khwaja al-Amkanaqi did not make any changes in the technique or tariqat, however he instructed Baqi Billah to bring even the ordinary ones into the fold. Make this spiritual awareness available to the people who are still not on the path, was the trust and the instruction of his master. Once Baqi Billah visited a master who told him it is good that you have brought so many into this fold. Nearly half of these are incapable on their own. Transform these people. Bring the light divine or Noor into their hearts so that it begins to shine with the Light Absolute and can kindle up the dark being. Sheikh Amkanaqi asked him not to look at the inner capacity of the individual. This way you will never find aspirants. Had Baqi Billah not brought such relaxations in the tariqat a vast cross section would have remained deprived of this inner treasure. Amkanaqi said, “I am sending you to a distant land whose very texture is soaked in spirituality. It is the land sanctified, nourished and nurtured by such forces from times immemorial. A land which is ready to explode any path! A land whose very being is not only ready but has the capability to infuse life even in a dead heart. I am sending you to INDIA. India has been the University of Meditation and the BEACON LIGHT not only now but from TIMES IMMEMORIAL. It has created many Buddhas.” He moved back to India and stayed in the city of Delhi, which he filled with faith and knowledge and secrets and lights. Through him the Naqshbandi Order was spread with great swiftness throughout the Indian Subcontinent and millions of people were connected to him through his various Khalifas. All nations in the Subcontinent were attracted to his knowledge and his ENERGY FIELD or tawwajzoh and to the Prophetic Characteristics dressing him. It became known
throughout the Indian Subcontinent that anyone coming to him and looking in his eyes, or sitting in his proximity doing dhikr, would enter a state of Self-Effacement and intoxication, through which he could reach a state of Annihilation, in a single meeting. By this miraculous power he attracted millions of people, until this Naqshbandi Order was on the tongue of everyone. He passed the Secret of the order to his successor, the Sheikh of this order, the Sheikh Ahmad Farooqui Mujaddadi Alif Thani. Thus the name Mujaddadi was added to the already known Naqshbandi order. Later on another name was added to the Shajarah of Naqshbandi order. And now it is known as NAQSHBANDIA MUJADDADIA MAJAHARIA!
Sheikh Ahmad Al Farooqui Mujaddadi Alif Thani Introduction Sheikh Ahmad al Faruqi is The 25th Sheikh from Silsila Auliya Naqshbandia. He is the master of the second millennium. With him the tariqat attained a new dimension and a new impetus. Earlier the tariqat was known as Naqshbandi one who designs the path of growth and transformation of the consciousness of the aspirants. With Sheikh Ahmad a new era was ushered into the Naqshbandi tariqat. Accordingly Mujaddadi was added to the path. Now the tariqat is known as NAQSHBANDI MUJADDADI. He is the Diamond of the Crown of the Masters. And the treasure of those who came before and also of those who came after and those who are yet to come as well! In him were combined all their favors and generosity. He is the Sinai of Divine. Manifestation, the Furthermost Bodhi Tree of the Knowing, awareness, and understanding is Sheikh Ahmad al Farooqi.

Also he is the Fountain of the Hidden Prophetic Knowing. The Genius of Scholars is Sheikh. And the Sultan of the Earth, which smiled when he was born and was honored by his existence! He is the perfect Perfected Guide. He was the Caller to Allah’s presence, the One Qutb and the Unique Heavenly Imam. He was the Reviver of the Second Millennium, Sayyidina and Maulana (our
Leader and Master) Sheikh Ahmad al-Faruqi as-Sirhindi. He is regarded as having rejuvenated Islam, due to which he is commonly called ‘Mujaddidi Alf Thani,’ meaning ‘reviver of the second millennium’, referring to the Islamic tradition of Mujaddid. He is said to have had considerable and long lasting influence in India, and to have given ‘to Indian Islam the rigid and conservative stamp it bears today.’ Numerous Naqshbandi suborders, such the Mujaddidi, the Khalidi and the Haqqani sub-orders, trace their spiritual lineage through Sheikh Sirhindi, referring to them as ‘Naqshbandi-Mujaddidi’. Sirhindi’s shrine is located in Sirhind, India and is referred to as ‘Rauza Sharif’. Birth and Life: It has been related that the blessed day of the Sheikh’s arrival into this world was Thursday the fourteenth of Shawwal 971 Hijri, or twenty-sixth of June 1564. His place of birth, also the place from where the Sheikh enlightened the world with his presence, was a town called Sirhind. At the time of his birth, some extraordinary events were recounted. His mother relates, ‘After the birth of my son Sheikh Ahmad, I fell unconscious whereupon I had a vision, and saw that my home was full of Awliya’ Allah who was all congratulating me on the birth of my son’. The Sheikh’s father Makhdoom Abdul-Ahad relates, ‘On the day of the birth of my son, I had a vision in which I saw Allah’s Messenger Holy Prophet-sallallahu alayhi wa sallam reciting first the Adhaan and then the Takbir in the ears of my son.’ In addition, the khalifa of Hazrat Sheikh Abdul Quddoos Gungohi, namely Sheikh Abdul Aziz, was present in Sirhind on that day, and in a state of Kashf he saw a huge gathering of angels. Sheikh Ahmad was bestowed by Allah subhana wa ta'ala with natural adherence to the Sunnah of Allah's Messenger sallallahu alayhi wa sallam (another name of the Holy Prophet) right from his first days. He was born with the physical requirements of the Sunnah already fulfilled, and as an infant he was unlike other children. He would not cry, would always have a smile on his face and would never be seen naked. When Shah Kamal Kaythli saw the child, he said, ‘A huge number of practicing scholars and kamil Sheikhs will obtain faiz from this child. The light of his guiding words and instructions will shine until the day of Qiyamath. He will rid the land of innovation and falsehood, and will revive the Sunnah of Allah's Messenger sallallahu alayhi wa sallam.’ After saying this, the Sheikh placed his tongue in the baby's mouth, and Hazrat Sheikh Mujaddid Alf Thani suckled on it.
When Sheikh first went to school, he memorized the Quran in a very short space of time. He received his early education through his father and through many sheikhs of his time. He made progress in three tariqats: Suhrawardiya, Qadiriyyah, and Chistiyya. He was given permission to guide followers in all three tariqats at the age of 17 years. He was busy in spreading the teachings of these tariqats and in guiding his followers, yet he felt that something was missing in him and he was continuously searching for it. However he felt an interest in the Naqshbandi Sufi Order, because he could see by means of the secrets of the other three tariqats that it was the best and highest. His spiritual progress eventually brought him to the presence of the Ghawth and Qutb of his time, Sheikh Muhammad Baqi Billah who had been sent from Samarqand to India by his Sheikh, Muhammad al-Amkanaqi. He took the Naqshbandi Order from the sheikh and stayed with him for two months and some days, until Sayyidina Muhammad Baqi Billah opened to his heart the secret of this tariqat and gave him authorization to train his murids in the Order. He said about him, ‘He is the highest Qutb in this time.’
Beloved, I love you more than it is possible for this world to imagine. I shall treasure the memories of your sweet tender kisses as the only worthy value of my soul. I lament the circumstances that betrayed our love to the whims and fancy of this ignorant society. I have loved you when the angels came and blessed our hearts with the call of immortality. From that moment when our lips tasted of the nectar of truth, I have been forever bound as a willing prisoner under love’s nurturing wings. The sacrilegious vows of marriage have imprisoned your body. But the sacred law of eternity have sheltered your soul in the sanctuary of immaculate dreams. My only solace is these dreams that we shared. I envy the birds of flight that soar in freedom, whilst I am trapped in this mortal caprice. I long for the arms of Death that shall reclaim my soul and carry me beyond these fetters of this confining, dark world. And lift my heart into a realm of truth and beauty where angels wander in the meadows of golden lights.

Aashiyaan I drank the wine of your love and became forever drunk. I fell into a swoon and lost all consciousness of pain, misery and sorrows. My heart was drowned into the ocean of desperation but I found eternal life by drinking the wine of your love. This intoxicating elixir has made me mad. Now I roam hither and thither Seeking your love; The devi who destroyed my reality, and gave me elusive dreams. All I want is this wine to keep me forever drunk. If I become sober The dreams may fade, and reality return to haunt me. I drink this wine to remain eternally drunk.

Such deep truths revealed with child-like gestures Who can fathom the depths and profundity of such innocent questions? From where have you come? To where do you go? Why are you here? How long shall you stay? Will you return? These simply questions has left me astonished I myself know not What answer shall I give to the seekers, Who pass my way? To smile one must first cry To live one must first die To love one must first fear To trust one must first fail This is that, that is this I am that that is this that. I am He and thou art that I am You and You are me The question is the answer The answer is the question.

TAOSHOBUDDHA RESPONDS Note: The response of Taoshobuddha is in Italics. Beloved Master, Though who are infinite, are Infinite. To which we bow. Please receive the love, that with this message is being collected. With humility, that we can serve the manifestation of the master in all Being. My question is no longer important as it was answered, WHAT TRANSCENDENTAL EGO IS. It is still significant to understand this term ‘Transcendental Ego’. Is it necessary to use the prefix to ego? Or it is an ornament. Or a mental game! Or a devise to transcend ego to beyond! In the last century an Indian Mystic coined a new term for the westerners ‘Transcendental Meditation.’ The term appealed to the western mind. Many seekers flocked around. Was the term correct? It was erroneous to use the prefix for meditation. Meditation itself is transcendence. Meditation leads to transcendence. Meditation is just to be! Not doing anything! No action! No thought! No emotions! Just you are! And it is sheer delight! Neither the ancient techniques of meditation nor the Modern scientific biofeedback techniques can ever lead to meditativeness. Meditation is an understanding, an experience of oneness – both inner and outer. It springs forth from the deepest core of your being. An evolution! Just as no doctor can give you health, so too no master can give you meditation. Both meditation and health belong to the fourth dimension. A dimension beyond the known! A master can only help you in removing the obstacles so that meditation happens! When you are one, suddenly you see this oneness outside. All barriers vanish. There is no ‘I’, no ‘thou’. There is only god or truth or samadhi or whatever you may call this. You may even call this nirvana. Zen
calls this sonoma or konomama. This is pure ishness. Also this is suchness or what buddha calls thathata. One simply is. One is not doing anything. No thinking. No one is feeling anything. This ishness is the ultimate experience of bliss! Beyond this there is nothing! This is eternal search. You have arrived home. This is meditation! Though meditation begins in the mind, it is not real meditation. Begin with the mind. One day you will attain meditation. When the mind ceases, you are beyond it; only then real meditation begins. Even to go beyond the mind you have to use the mind itself. However, use the mind negatively. You will certainly attain meditation. The word ‘Transcendental’ therefore is unnecessary when it comes to meditation. Mahesh is still playing a mind game. Mind is always interested in things that are complicated. It was a device to attract such a mind. I said it was a device to attract such a mind. Yes indeed it was the device to attract the mind. It was not a device to transcend beyond mind. Had it been so then it was acceptable. This did not create enlightenment. That was not the goal. It created business. I met a person who has done his Masters Degree in Consciousness. And was now doing his Ph. D in Consciousness. It may appeal to you. But not to me! In the term ‘Transcendental Meditation’ prefix has become very important and people forgot all about meditation. If on the other hand meditation was understood and it has happened transcendence would have happened on its own. So too there is no need to say ‘Transcendental Ego.’ All that is needed is to understand ego. In the very understanding of ego you transcend beyond. Otherwise you will remain in the quagmire of words stumbling from one post to another and attain nothing.
I am not here to play any mental game. Spade has to be called spade. Only then a transformation is possible. Drop the word Transcendental and just try to understand ‘Ego.’ The day you understand ego you are beyond. The response to that question was so beautiful and so radiant. The infinite grace transcended in replying. Establishing our true connection this is why it came to the address of Taoshobuddha. Please allow this explanation. The Universe is a reflection of a reflection. Of joy to create! And destroy sometimes - or so it seems to the attentive observer. BUT rather where there seems to be destruction there is just creation. The Universe never destroys. This is central for understanding. Everything is change as we learn from TAO. Yes indeed nothing can be destroyed. It may seem destruction however it the process of creation. Destruction is the process or the intermediate stage to creation. Nothing can indeed be destroyed. Matter is transformed. Baser is transformed into precious. I would like this process of destruction to call hibernation. During this process the existing form is no more as the forces are at work to transform it. All of a sudden a giant star disappears and goes into black hole and then from the other side of the tunnel a new star emerges. This is the process of dissolution and creation. Allow me this time to give the context of my question. What do we mean by transcendent ego how can something that does not exist, form something which has a centre? First - it is there because it is believed to be there because man thinks ego is there and behaves accordingly to what has been called super-ego today this principle is gone and exchanged with satisfying the BIG OTHER, or we could call it the BIG NOTHING.. This is the topic at all mostly avoided by all the available scriptures from spiritualists. It is: Why does ego-society seem to grow?
Indeed it is true ego centric society grows. And the other does not. There are two ways to live in the world and make living. One is the straight and the honest one. This path is hard. The gain is less. It takes longer to achieve all that you not what you aspire. Still there is another option that you can follow. This is the way that most of the drug lords are following. There riches abound. Their resources are many times larger than that of the ordinary ones. However, where are bliss, peace and serenity? The person is getting more and more into marsh. And then one day finds himself so much into it that in spite of all efforts he is unable to come out. Once you follow that path you cannot come out. Understand the importance of this question: Why does the spiritualist, still caught in his ego, fight to save man-kind? Spiritualists are not caught in ego. By spiritualist I do not mean a brand. I mean enlightenment. Only an enlightened one is spiritual. The rest are still stumbling. And an enlightened one is not caught in ego. A doctor does not go to the patient. It is the patient who seeks treatment to his ailment approaches the doctor. Yes indeed God is omnipresent. And if you have experienced this there is no need for these questions. You need not ask me anything. If God’s Omnipresence is your experience then you will be blissful. And then you need not approach any one. I am happy as I am – rich or poor. God is there all over! The question that appears to the spiritualist concerned for humanity and truth is this: Why is mankind on a catastrophic course? Why does man seem to be doomed? Still you want the answer. You are guided by your own understanding which is not profound or total. It will be proper to say you are guided by your own interpretation of the scriptures. Can you understand a book on anatomy and physiology simply because it is written in a language that you can decipher. Each word or
scriptures evolves out of the inner being. Each word represents a state of awareness. You have not reached the state of awareness of Jesus or Holy Prophet or Krishna and you claim to have understood. This is why the man is on a catastrophic course. First try to reach to that level of consciousness and the….
We sometimes tend to doubt this perfection of God and of truth:
Because the spiritualist cannot save himself he tries to save others. The ultimate ego to remain is that of letting go of the ignorant man surrounding the spiritualist. This is why he is stoned to death. For speaking against God! For having such a GIGANTIC ego that he cannot stop trying to convince the other people of that their view of the world is wrong!
When we see wars, famine, ego-society, ego's quest for self-destruction and rape, ego's wish for nonexistence! When we see the ultimate black hole approaching waiting to swallow everything up. Which is natural for the spiritualist caught in his heart as well! This is the nature even of the spiritualist in that time.
Are you speaking out of your experience or someone else’? Here you are speaking the Christian language. What do you mean by saving himself? Only enlightenment can save a person. And spirituality has become a business – money making. People who know nothing about meditation are selling meditation and many bio feed techniques and many such devices. Such people are no more interested in anything otherwise. They do not have the capability to see through the being of the person or his enlightenment. I do my work for no monetary gain. Why would I spend hours responding the mails like this on a daily basis? What is my gain? You have your understanding and views about everything. That does not concern me. Your mail is like an MRI scan from me. The moment it is in front everything is revealed. How can you force a horse which is not thirsty to drink? How can you grow corn in a desert? Definitely I cannot force a horse which is not ready to drink. And this is what exactly I am doing now. Is there a point of knowing about this evol-ution? God, She who knows, Her knowledge is infinite. She has perfect Being. She is the Universe and One. This we must understand. Your choice! Only you can answer for yourself not me.
Definitely so! This sounds more like a statement than question. Yet still you have asked as a question. Mind cannot perceive beyond time and space.
This world and its inhabitants are not created by me. Then why should I be bothered about it. When the creator who has created it is enjoying all that is happening then who am I? Or we have to conclude like Neitsze ( correct spelling) that God is dead and we are free. Does a flower escape a forest fire? How can it? No the flower cannot save itself in wild fire. That is what happens, that a flower like Jesus is crushed against the rocks or the wild fire of power. This wish for non-existence of ego can appear as non-sense. Man's ignorance in ego is God's ignorance, they are not separate. Ego makes Nothing God - it stands there as an illusion and has two meanings. You read every philosopher and spiritualist who mentions this Nothing as something meaningful and you see who is preaching the most nonsense according to their own ego. Still admire your understanding. Nothing is there that I can do even if I wish. We see that God captured in ego's wish for illusory non-existence and peace can appear as almost a logical extention of being born into what he thinks is suffering - being parted from bliss constantly. This we must understand: For the uninvited, for those who are enstranged from God - existence seem meaningless. They seem to see no purpose, which is the game of ego-mind.
How does God build his Universe with magic and no effort? HE uses the force of attraction and no effort. From the ashes is the perfect condition for the plant capable of surviving the fire. Consider a kichen: It is constantly dirty if we do not keep it clean. The labouring house wife only knows this - not the pandering walking philosopher monk. We must labour every day to make sure that the kitchen sink does not get clogged up. Sow new crop. Harvest and prepare. As everything moves in cycles we see that there is a time for spring and a time for autum. Some plants wither away, but there will always be a seed because this is the nature of the infinite Being. You speak of wisdom but only in fragments. Gather such fragments. How does nature evolve? What is a seed but a tiny fraction of the body. Everything else dies away. Only this seed plants the next generation. Why should we weep over that which withers away and dies as a natural part of the progression of the divine spirit? All body must die but spirit remains. A similar set of questions were asked by Devi the consort of Shiva the part of Hindu Trinity. He did not respond any of the questions philosophically. It was easy. Instead Shiva gives a technique of meditation for each such question. Says follow the techniques definitely you will know. The questions were: What is this wonder filled universe? What constitutes the seed? What is thy reality? This scripture is known as ‘Vigyan Bhairav Tantra’ that contains 112 techniques of meditation. What the ancients couldn't see was that God's labour even with the ego. Man in ego is not man separate from God. He is also God labouring for God. God is perfect. Look at the body. Look at the infinity of Gods genius. How can we doubt Gods genius. She is the only genius there! Creating, labouring, cleaning out whats left over, healing the dirty water. All creation is healing. Even what seems not so. My illusion of an ego got so lost in a piece of writing that took the last 14 months of my life. But there was intent.
Something never happens which we should question. As the saying goes all snowflakes fall perfectly. We heal by internalising something and then take consequence. This is the ancient principle of healing in the Universe. So with ego. Ego-society seems to form a central ego-entity which in fiction mostly is manifested as a central mainframe computer. Manifested in Being. It is also in real life the Pharao, the Raja, the Titan, the occultist, who have become a financial conglomorate power controlling the world seeking to create a One World Government, a fascist dictatorship where everyone else will either be killed or slave in poverty. Or so ego wants You to fear. Why does God do this - because there is a tendency among spiritualist to see this as a decease, as not a part of God? This my question. After questions upon questions that I stumbled upon you still say this is your question. Like there is only transcendence in God, just before man is being born cosmically he will undergo a transformation and become trancendental ego. This negative consciousness, which is abstraction, will turn into a connected mind through the absorption of transcendental ego of the radiant ONE.. The wish to understand transcendental ego can be comparred with what modern science and physicist are trying to "achieve" with LHC in Switzerland: the final disruption of the material Universe. The end of life on Earth. Because even if we through ego achieve the powers of God, which is impossible, what would there be to destroy? Nothing. Only the illusion of it. What is the purpose of the Titan, of the egosociety? The question is mundane; It is for the Earth to flower. Through its reversals like water is being transported into the rivers. Do we question how rain is being collected so it can flow into the rivers. No. There is no need to do so. It iss simply Gods Karma to do so. The LHC will achieve exactly the opposite of what ignorant man thinks. The same
will the Titan. For this we can be them eternally grateful. There is not anything to fear, the only fear possible is Nothing. Which is illusion. For how can we fear that which is perfected already? With your response it is my remaining hope that it is possible to join in meditation and sitting one day and share common peace and joy which the Universe is. Beg then let the outcome of this be the exception to the string of reversals in our times - hence my other question: Why did the work of spiritualists as
Osho and Prahupada seem to have the opposite effect? You have healed that in me, at the perfect time, in the eternal way. Be blessed, the Universe radiates with our LOVE I HAVE NO NAME only the name which cannot be spoken and it pierces our souls in surrender, to Ohm-Ohm-Ohm as Laughter roars through the Universe Thank you and enough for today!
Prayer is the expression of the soul’s ecstasy in communion with the divine beloved. Prayer is the overflow of the heart’s noblest and highest emotions of the deep gratitude and reverence towards the Beloved Ishta. Ishta is a choiceless form of the divine beloved one spontaneously aspires to merge and dissolve into. Prayer is the transcendence of human love into a timeless dance of joy and delight, celebrating life and worshipping existence with mute gestures of ecstasy. Prayer has been described as a spiralling cyclone of poetry that lifts one from the pits of finite throes, and offers him at the feet of the beloved, bathes him in love, and places him back on earth baffled and confused as to where he has been and how he returned. Prayer leaves one in a kind of drunken stupor with tears in his eyes, a smile on his lips and choked emotions in his heart. Prayer is the plane where joy and pain transcend into the infinite ananda. With music and song, prayer is a chant of rapture, ecstasy and bliss. It calms the mind and leaves the heart in a pulsating rhythm of fervour that knows no rest until it meets the feet of the beloved. THE GATELESS DOOR Infinite is his mercy That extends to seekers And those that go astray How great is his glory That leads one to the gateless door! Neelambar sings: What can I know of his greatness? How can I reach his abode? Wherever you step that is the path That ultimately leads to him. Some paths lead through peaks and meadows and filled with infinite wonder Some paths meander through deserts and dark valleys and filled with infinite wonder His hands fore’er uplift the weary hearts Who rely on his mercy. Beyond his boundary you cannot step The horizon is ever elusive. Just pause and reflect his Naam And see his hands guide you through the gateless door. Infinite is his mercy that knows no bounds.

The Western intelligentsia have become acquainted with Zen, have also fallen in love with Zen, but they are still trying to approach Zen from the mind. They have not yet come to the understanding that Zen has nothing to do with mind.

Just as God is the very centre of existence according to religions, your ego is the centre of your mind, of your personality. They have all been talking about dropping the ego, but it cannot be dropped unless God is dropped. You cannot drop a shadow or a reection unless the source of its manifestation is destroyed.

Inside is hiding a very pious ego, and when ego becomes pious it becomes poisonous. It is more dangerous because you become absolutely unaware of it; it goes so deep down in the unconscious.

It has been a long awaiting, but that is the very essence of Zen – to wait, to wait for nothing. There is no God, there is no ultimate meaning. Life is all there is. Those who have found have found nothing but that there is nothing to be found.

Truth can live and blossom only in freedom. Love can blossom and be fragrant only in freedom. Sannyas is not a movement and not an organization. On the contrary, it is a declaration of independence from all organizations and all parties and all churches.

The Zen Manifesto is not for anything special. It is simply for this life, this existence, this moment. It does not ask for any source, and it does not ask for any goal. Every source will make a limitation, and every goal will make another limitation, and existence is unlimited. It is not limited by reason.

Zen accepts both the presence and the absence, life and death – all the contradictions. Zen is vast enough to contain all contradictions. Perhaps Zen is the only way that contains contradictions, and that does not disallow anything. It rejoices in everything without any conditions. It accepts everything as it is without making any demands on it. It has no commandments...

This commune has to be a commune of understanding, awareness, looking into one’s own mind patterns and remembering that they are not yours. You are simply the watcher, and the watcher is outside the mind.

The only way to get out of misery patterns, whether ancient or new, is witnessing. I say it is the only way, because nobody has escaped from the mind without becoming a witness. Just witness, and suddenly you will start laughing at your own misery. All our miseries are so superďŹ cial – and most fundamentally, they are all borrowed.

The first thing to remember is that when I say witness, in the beginning you witness things of the body, of the mind, of the heart, emotions, thoughts... layer upon layer you go on witnessing. And finally, you find just a pure mirror, the witness itself. I call it a pure mirror because it is witnessing nothing. This nothingness is your very nature.

Zen has chosen rightly to call it nothingness, because fullness can give you misunderstandings. The moment you think of fullness you start imagining. The moment you think of melting into someone outside, immediately a God, a paradise, a heaven, and all kinds of imaginations arise. And those imaginations will prevent you from going anywhere.

Zen has to be transformed in a way that the contemporary man can be interested in it. It has to be easy, relaxed, it has not to be hard. That old traditional type is no longer possible, nor is it needed. Once it has been explored, once a single man has become enlightened, the path becomes easy.
